Yes alot of people have found this to be the worst cutter.. i started learning with this machine... i found it to be more comples software and not as simple as the dolphin.. however this has a more better software by tablet..has a long list of vehicle coverage. Cutting was kinda off and i found so hard to calibrate... but overal i give it a 7/10

They are both good machines the condor dolphin is a little better quality to my understandment has a built in battery(portable) and bluetooth to control from you phone on a app ..the sec-e9 you cant really carry it with you its kinda heavy maybe with an inverter ..you can ..and heard some people complain that it give you problems and that its the worst machine...but from my personal experience i love the sec-e9 have been using it for over a year no problems!! Havnt even changed the blade yet ..although i think i might have to change it soon!! I love it!! You control it from a tablet bluetooth.. dettachable .. it cool !! I like it!! Its my shop machine i use ..have only took it once out to a job site and kinda heavy like i said.. but its all up to you!! I would say condor dolphin!!

Tbh the battery kinda acts up sometimes ... doesnt turn on ..i believe these tablets shouldnt be over charged cause it will damage the battery...
