Gotta say man, I really appreciate everything you do. You make me want to continue moving forward, not just musically but life in general. Your tutorials help me stride forward in my band and it brightens my day just hopping into Ableton, making a song, then showcasing it to my band that same weekend. Also sorry for not reaching out to you about remaking homage I’ve been busy with finals and I just did a live performance in front of my whole school (it was great by the way) I’ll probably reach out to you in the next week or so. Thank you so much, thank you.
@@JimsMusicLegacy i wish! But thanks for the compliment. In my experience i think is matter of time listening carefully to the instrumentals and a lot of tries and mistakes, and spending time writing your own songs and getting used to many plugins and effects and how they work until you have a general vision of how songs are made
@@NoiseChest Do you know a good vst bass to get that Hofner 1965 500/1 Violin Bass sound (preferably free or cheap lol) I was trying waves slapper and finger and ABPL2 but struggled to get that sound. I was using ekramer with oneknob + ableton stock pedal (cla bass crashed for me :( ) EDIT: i got the ik multimedia bass and playing around with viola bass and will try decapitator - hopefully that works!
There are 3 sending, one for long reverb with Waves RVerb, ping pong delay with Waves H-Delay and another darker reverb with Waves TrueVerb, you can see the specific settings on the picture at the bottom of my article: www.noisechest.com/articles/tame-impala-the-less-i-know-the-better

Are you the producer of a famous band? How do you know what plugins they use to achieve their sound?
