3 onions (300 g)
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
Pepper
Mix and leave for 15 minutes
1/2 teaspoon of vinegar (9%) + 1/3 teaspoon of baking soda
Can be replaced with citric acid
1 egg
50 g of flour
Vegetable oil
Fry for 5-7 minutes on both sides
