Recipe:
Vegetable fat
Onions - 1 pc.
Fry for 2 minutes
Minced meat - 700 g
Fry for 5 minutes
Salt - 1 tsp.
Pepper - to taste
Mix well
Garlic - 2 cloves
Mix well
Tomato sauce - 300 ml
Mix well
Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes
Water
Salt - 1 / Olive oil
Pasta - 500 g
Butter - 40 g
Flour - 2 tbsp.
Milk - 500 ml
Cook over low heat until thickened
Cheddar cheese - 150 g
Emmental cheese - 150 g
Arrange in layers as shown in the video
Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C
Recipe 2:
Potatoes - 3 pcs.
Onion - 1 pc.
Garlic - 3 cloves
Smoked sausage - 3 pieces (450 g)
Tomato - 1 piece
Salt - 1 tsp.
Pepper - to taste
Oregano - 1 tsp.
Cream - 100 ml
Mozzarella cheese - 120 g
Sauté the onion for 3-4 minutes
Fry onions and sausages for 6-8 minutes
Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C

What did you put onto the tomato sauce?
1 tablespoon of cane sugar.
Guessing a bit of sugar to cut the acid
I'd just stick with melting cheese in milk. I don't like the flour taste in my mac n cheese
