Remove "items.txt" from your save folder. It resets all "Teimo items" and you can have 100+fps until you buy stuff from Teimo again. Just remember to buy spark plugs etc again. Having 700 juice cans in your world kills fps.
oh, think i misunderstood. Im getting the same results though. Amd ryzen 3600X, 16gb ram, b450 motherboard and older used rx 570 card (8gb). I have a 75hz monitor, so I with the amd sync, so my monitor does not play that much more than 75 fps.

Web developer, so I mainly use it for programming, running scripts and work running wider 2k monitor, that's why quite good cpu. But gtx 1660S is a great card, better than rx 570 8gb (i just got mine for $100, but would upgrade that part in few years if some game I really like demands it), so for games you should get very nice performance out of that. Also depends what monitor you are going to go for. For games you don't really need very wide one, having more hz there, but smaller monitor is very good for gaming.

How did you adjust your car? I can copy the fuel mixture easily, but what about final gear adjustment? 4.6? Also what did you do with the distributor?
You can take the car to fleetari and selec engine tuning to adjust the engine
So, the distributor is a little bit adjusted to handle the nitro flow. The A/F ratio is 13.1 in 80C and the final gear should be 4.6 or longer.

When you hear the sound from distributor and then go one tick off so you don't heard it, that is best setting for distributor. Sorry for late comment
