tbh, ambush is way more friendly to modifiers that makes you slow. At 10:51, it would be over if that one was rush. Ambush is a lot more lenient because it gives you a bit of time to prepare yourself for its attack, while rush just bushes through and you can’t even get to a closet.

Recently I had made it to Door 100 with a 50% knob bonus to get Not Five Stars. The modifiers I used were: Rush Hour I’m Runnin’ Here Roundabout Watch Your Step Stop Right There I got 8/10 elevator breakers… and then died to A-90. Words couldn’t describe how devastated I felt, I nearly cried just sitting there and replaying that one blunder in my head over and over… I needed a break from Doors after that 😭
This is impressive. As someone who has beat 200% mods, I can confirm that this is difficult. However, when I did it, I dropped Come back here and swapped mosey for always watching so that I could see where to go in the seek chase without having to buy a flashlight. Since the back doors update dropped, though, 200% is now on the level that 215% was before the update (for reference WR is 223%). I’ve been working, and struggling, but I recently got to door 50, so hopefully I can beat it soon. GG’s! You’re among the best of us. Edit: My run also had Jammin as a modifier. Idk what was added in its place for this run.

there is actually a huge difference between 150 and 200%, because when you want to achieve hotel hell, you can just choose the easy ones as possible like less gold or snares or something, but 200% is totally different because you are forced to apply almost everysingle hard modifiers in the game
iirc ambush kills based on if you get in its line of sight, not a hitbox- so even if you're out of its main path, you'll get killed if it's still able to see you (like what happened there)
After i got a "hotel hell" badge a decided to try myself w/ 175% modifiers. I played for fun and suddenly on 4th attempt i got a door 100 but i died cuz of snare😢

I'm pretty sure the highest that was ever beaten is 223% and only a few people managed to beat that. 275% is already impossible, because of "I Love Pancakes" and "Last Breath" Combination

he’s using last breath which will kill him if he takes any non-lethal damage. As long as he doesn’t use “I love pancakes!!” which makes snares lethal, he can’t die by one.

Before I tried if using Lockpicks work during Door 100, I would've needed 1 Vitamin for Door 100, when you activate the Lever

For the last part, I believe Screech now spawns regardless of the lights out modifier, making the modifier combination way harder.
