I agree with everything Boskoe100 is saying. However, what we need to understand is that when you make that kind of money, you can't live in the hood anymore. So, they buy a house in the suburbs or some other well to do neighborhood and some of them can't handle it. Even if you live in the same neighborhood with Oprah, it's not the hood. There isn't a local barbershop or Roscoe's nearby. Hell, some of these places don't even have side walks. You don't see many other African Americans around (unfortunately) because a lot of us haven't made it and really don't want to go there anyway. It can do something to your mind after awhile. It's like being an alien from another planet. I think he's going gangster (wanabe) because he's associating that with the hood. One of the other veteran players need to grab that young brother and get his mind right. There is a path forward, but he can't see it.
I respectfully disagree with not being able to handle their new surroundings.
