The "box" is your Diverter Valve. My 2515H also leaks at that location but it is so minimal I haven't even messed with it. You have motivated me to fix it when I get home this afternoon.

New subscriber….wish I’d started this journey when I was your age!😁 Well, priorities change, life changes but I’m thrilled to be here even at my age!! Always little bugs…even brand new. Thankful you got it squared away to your satisfaction. I’m leaning toward this tractor….the grapple and rake, but I need the backhoe so, that’ll rule out the toolbox mount at that site. But I’ve got some wild ideas floatin around! Thanks for sharing.
Happened on my 2610H right away as well. Replaced the coupler and no issues after that. From my experience it happens when you put the incorrect type of pressure on your loader or bucket. The coupler is the weak point that will give under that pressure.
Good information. I swear I think 3rd function looks different than everyone else's Branson. My diverter I believe is back by where all the other cables hook up. I just have 2 of the connectors where your diverter is.
I hope when you replaced the couplers that you changed them as pairs? Its always best practice to replace them as pairs. If you stay with the same brand of coupler then you can get away with say a male end or a female end on its own. You can also replace just the sealing 'O' ring inside the female coupler, but obviously you need the correct size o ring. This will often seal a leaking coupler pair, but only if the male end is not damaged, especially where the O ring seal surface is & you dont want burrs, scratches, etc, in any area on the male end where it slides through the O ring. The valve you are referring to on the loader cross arm is the 3rd function valve. Give the fittings that go directly into the valve a tweek with a spanner (wrench to you) of the correct size. Also give the hose end fittings a tweek as well. These fittings unless they have used 'O' ring flat face fittings, they'll be either sae or jic fittings which are a metal to metal taper face fitting. These need to be just a bit more than snug tight, but not wrenched up so tight that you are heaving on them, you'll only damage the sealing faces if you do that. If they have used cheap fittings, these will often be a soft material & these distort very easily. If leaks persist, you'll have to get the dealer to replace them, & for future reference, go to a reputable hyd shop & buy decent fittings. You'll need an 'O' ring kit as well. Keep these in stock at your place, as saves lots of trips to the hyd shop. When working on hyd's, cleanliness is paramount. A quick squirt of 'Brakeleen' will ensure not dirt is in things like 'O' ring grooves when changing out O rings. Always, Always, clean any couplers before connecting them. Yes, I'm a Fitter/Welder by trade & did my time in a Hyd shop & I'm a farmer
I agree if the dealer paid to replace the defective couplers he may be inclined to source a alternate vendor for the third function kit. If you fix and tell, the problem it is solved and he has absolutely no motivation to correct this issue. The next guy comes along and the defective substandard QDs become the new customers issue. And the cycle of defective parts has begun. Kyle it's the butterfly effect some quality assurance that let the couplers slide through at the couples machine shop has increases profit margins with a errand pass just and was promoted to head of quality at Branson. By not interacting with the dealer every Branson for generations could have defects because this QA person was in his 20s when he was promoted the top for cutting corners. This has been known to change the earth's axis and cause polar ice to melt and flood thr low laying factory that machines the crazy couplers. And they out of business so problems solved. I guess I owe Kyle a thank you. Just kidding, Kyle. Really awesome testimonial I am glad the fix was easy.
Love it! It’s done everything I have asked it to do. Look equally as much into the dealer as much as the tractor. If it’s a garage dealer you won’t be happy. Service on the tractor along with parts they carry is super important. Good luck! They are good tractors.
@@kylefamilyhomestead7007 So far the owner of the dealer seems pretty nice, but I'm waiting to see the actual dealership and ask questions about service and delivery and stuff like that.
Hyd fluid is not brake fluid, so it wont destroy the paint. Hyd fluid is oil based, same as motor & gear oil. Never ever mix the 2 products. Severe damage to the machine will be the result. Brake fluid is made for vehicle brakes only!!
@@ianbond3982 I'm sorry sir but I've been in aviation for 37 years+ and hydraulic fluid will strip paint and fast. Brake fluid is a type of hydraulic fluid.
No need to be sorry lol. You are welcome to any opinion. It’s definitely not a Kabota nor does it match the price of one. I like it but I don’t have anything to compare it to. Thanks for watching! MK
Sir, just what size ( model) Kubota tractor do you have.? ( have a MX5200 TLB shuttle shift with 925hours & 6years old). Thinking about adding a brason2515 to the "fleet".

Since I put those USA couplers on it looks like it’s fixed. Thanks for that right word lol.

I really really wanted the backhoe as well but couldn’t afford it. You will love having that attachment.

Great info sir and I very much appreciate the time u took to explain. I had the dealer fix and no issues so far.
The dealer needs to fix this, if you wanted to deal with leaks you could have bought a used tractor !

If it's under warranty it's the dealership that should be fixing it ,
Totally agree but when you are in the middle of a job you got to do what you need to get back to work. Thanks for watching
Going to look at Branson tractors this weekend. How do you like this tractor after several more months?

Ill be getting my 2515R this week or next. Cant wait. Ill do a video on it I guess.
Awesome u will love it
At 40hrs, the motor will run much different. That appears to be the break in spot.
I concur Kyle. I’m at the 60 hour mark now and it def feels and sounds different. Thanks for watching
Oh, forgot to mention, that there are 'O' rings under the fittings that go into that valve body
Thanks for the great tip
Good video. Try tightening the fittings that go into the valve, not just the hoses.
Thanks for watching Paul! Everything looks good now that I switched fittings.
Not normal if you tighten them and still leaking have dealer fix shouldn’t have any leaks while running
Thanks for watching Justin. I’m going to have them look at it on the 50 hour check.
There should be NO leaking at any of the connections. How far is the dealer from you and can they make a house call?
All taken care of. Thanks a bunch for watching!
make the dealer fix it its bran new
Nice video. How many branson hats do you have?
Lol thanks for watching! Only 2! :)
anything new out of the factory, most fittings will loosen up, always happens.
Thanks Rick! I have definitely been checking sporadically.

Use more fuel than my kabota and weak hydro pump. Don't think I'd buy another one. Sorry
