What’s up Richard , just wanted to let ya know that those floodgates just make the fishing better ! Catch most of our fish up there bumping right off the bottom through the flow . Stripers like hiding in the deeper spots waiting for bait to roll down the current . 3 way swivel + 3/4oz weight , 3-3.5 foot hook leader and a 4-6 inch weight leader is my go to rig . You always end up fishing spots I frequent but never run into ya 😂 Have a better day and tight lines brotha

I used to fish there 20 years ago when I lived in Hendersonville. There were huge stripers there. State record came from above dam there 65 pounds. Was a great place, hardly anyone ever there, day or night. All these places are getting ruined by too many people. Especially the foreigners.
