@@DrumElectric Great thanks! I loaded a wav kick sample render and it sounded pretty solid! I thought it would sound more machine gunny and 'mechanical' so I'm happy enough
Hello! I’m trying desperately to get a few of the classic Prince type slap and smack hits into my Tm-2. Is this possible? I have an 80s cover band and we need these sounds. I Drummer place an acoustic kit, but we want to use a single Roland trigger to trigger the sounds we need on those hits. Any advice?
@@ShaneIrwin7 Absolutely it is! If you can get the sounds into a DAW, then just export them as a WAV, 16bit, then follow this video to import the samples
@@DrumElectric thank you. Finding these two or three different Prince percussion hits is nearly impossible, but I’m still looking. If I can find them, I’ll throw them into ProTools and export from there, as you’ve shown,

Where can i find the samples for my new tm-2 ? For example i want get some kick waves to my kick pedal triggers
Check out my video “Where to Get Samples”
I feel like you're going to eventually cover every module, which I'm completely here for and patiently waiting for you to get to the TD-6. *hint hint*
Don’t ruin my master plan!!
@@DrumElectric oh ok. Shhhhh 🤫😜
Hi Harry, is there a way to save the sound from the sd card in the tm2, so the sd card can be taken out?
Unfortunately not that I know of!
thank u! this was super helpful
Can I load more than just a one shot somehow? Say I want to load in a steven slate kickdrum library with varying samples. Is this possible?
From my knowledge, this isn’t possible with this unfortunately. You’d need a ‘smarter’ drum brain or trigger module that runs with a Laptop
