The lieutenants are the most powerful people in their fraction. The general basically controls the entire military and even the state in some cases, and they are literally following the lieutenant's instructions.
doubt we will ever gems like this as often as we used to. red alert 3 and uprising where some of the most entertaining games available at the time. they weren't exactly triple a as people would say, but they were indeed fun to play.

The one thing I liked in the campaign of Uprising is how the Co-Commander do actually has part in the game's plot and being mentioned. Something I wish the original RA3 did. Only Moskvin had a scene contacting Dasha in the intro.

Yuriko is the Yuris Daughter (if his name really means Yuri' Daughter) so maybe Yuri will want get her as his daughter and sucesor, meanwile the Allies, Empire and the rest of Soviets commander will most unit again to destroy Yuri and Future Tech. The Expansion Pack culd be Yuriko's Revenge, who will be Revenge the dead of his father Yuri. But right now is imposible the return of Command and Conquer, you see: EA is right now one of the worst videogames company so if they make a C&C game, won't be good. As Red Alert 3 as pass 10 years since the last Command and Conquer so there is not public for the game, that means low Sell's The RTS games are right now the forgoten games, there not so famus as 15 years before, so the people maybe not interested in that games (one of the rason for Warcraft IV)
