My personal headcanon is that Rey (and Ezra, assuming they find him) convince her to rejoin and be grandmaster. 0:54 when that pilot immediately calms down when he sees Ahsoka
Ahsoka has that effect on a lot of people, Ezra, Kanan, even Vader stopped "fighting" Ezra and deactivated his lightsaber when she straight up insulted him by saying it wouldn't be the first time he was wrong. I like to think also that the 501st Clones knew that Ahsoka was the type of person who would risk it all for them and the pilot had to know Ahsoka was there for 1 real reason only. To help him. He stopped panicking when he knew Ahsoka would succeed where he had failed. At the end he doesn't even both to ask her how she's gonna get off the crashing LAAT, he just says "thanks commander" and jettisons off. That how much the Clones respected her prowess as a Jedi. He knew she'll be fine.

Ahsoka rode in on a flaming LAAT gunship after saving the pilot into a 10 story jump and lightsaber drag landing in front of an army of Mandos as another army of Mandos and clones flys in behind her. FAVORITE. CHARACTER
I stopped being invested in the sequel trilogy by the second movie. I just realized now; Ahsoka is pulling off more extravagant and ridiculous feats here, and yet I'm not bothered or put off by it.
Ahsoka is fighting an aerial battle with nothing but two swords, piggy-backing on a Mandalorian as his destroyed jet pack she flies it to a nearby ship which she uses to jump to ANOTHER crash-landing dropship, rescues its pilot, then RIDES that dropship all the way until it crashes at the battle she was heading for.
There's no doubt of her capabilities, because of COURSE she can. She's spent the better part of her life fighting an intergalactic war winning battles, losing battles, and learning and attuning to the Force until this point where of COURSE she can do all of this. This point is the sum of everything she has done, accumulating into this force of nature.
onerustybucket she was also trained by Anakin Skywalker himself, and also spent plenty of time with Kenobi and Rex, who she also learned a lot from
I realized that the criticism towards the sequels were true once I watched clone wars and the older shows. Like Rey doesn’t even use any lightsaber combat form

@@balazsillyes7639 a unique opinion. (Not saying it’s bad)
My guess was that it was to highlight just how far the Jedi had fallen during the war. How arrogant and corrupt they had become.
Ahsoka grown up and without any other Jedi fighting besides her really makes her look like a Jedi master herself. She’s in command and doing incredible and she looks so badass doing it!
You could beat a blackbelt in karate and not be a blackbelt.
Point is she didn't have the rank but she was definitely a better warrior than many Jedi Knights.
Think about how many times she survived fighting Grevious who was renown as one of the best Jedi killers.
Ahsoka jumping ship to ship and manhandling one of the most skilled warriors in the galaxy and saving a pilot from crash landing in under a minute really is one of the most badass things we've seen in starwars
Still, wouldn't the strong wind push her off? Those ships are flying like with 500 km/h, if not faster.
Ahsoka absolutely SLAYED it in episode 9
Meanwhile
*ANAKIN: THIS IS WHERE THE FUN BEGINS*
Yeap. She's definitely her master's apprentice alright!
Ahsoka's such an amazing character. She trained, fought, and struggled to get to this point. She's strong through experience and with her years she's become disciplined and wise instead of cocky and wanting. If a Feminist demands a strong Female lead in Star Wars, Ahsoka is a legitimate example. Just absolutely love her, right up there next to Tali'Zorah from Mass Effect.
@He Judged all true. Another reason that Luke and Ahsoka are great protagonists is that they're able to make mistakes. This means that there's actual potential for character development, and it means that their victories are genuinely satisfying. It also opens up debate and doubt about their decisions: are they wrong, or do they know stuff the audience doesn't?
When I look at Ahsoka' I see Anakins recklessness, Obiwan's stubbornness, and Yoda's wisdom. And even with her leaving the order she was much more well rounded than most other jedi.
@@MrNelahem It sounds strange, but I liked Ahsoka until season 5... You know Filoni started in season 5 this "every jedi are stupid and useless, even Yoda and Obi-wan, except Ahsoka , and Ahsoka is perfect" story. I mean remember, the first four season? When Ahoksa didn't keep saying "I am not a jedi", and other characters were also important? When Obi-wan and the "other jedi" were interesting characters too?But really. I really don't understand why they had to make Ahoska the "Perfect", who's always right, and the other jedi who always wrong. I miss the first four season's Ahsoka, who was "just" one of the characters.
It really is funny when people try to hold Rey up as some sort of Feminist ideal. Rey is an annoying Mary Sue and we rarely if ever see her do anything to really endear us towards her.
Ahsoka here, on her own initiative (after years of training, learning, and combat experience) casually jumps out of a moving Gunship and Force jumps throughout her formation, taking down Death Watch supercommandos and saving the lives of her clone troopers. Not only is she a powerful badass, she is a powerful badass that we see using her power for good. Rey talks about helping people in the abstract. Ahsoka helps people period.
@@balazsillyes7639 Of course, she still made mistakes too. She didn't listen to Maul, despite Maul never once lying to anyone, and didn't tell the Jedi about what he'd said about Anakin which was something she really should have.

Man, Ashoka so earned an action sequence like this. Over 10 years of being in The Clone Wars has lead up to this. Amazing character.
I really like the idea that this battle takes place at the same time as the battle of coruscant. It's as if Ahsoka has grown up now and is able to lead military operations on her own. It's like she's a Jedi Knight now, not a Padawan. At the same time this is her last battle at the side of the clones and for the Republic just as the battle in which Anakin saves the chancellor is his last great battle with his master and the clones.
When you consider that had Ahsoka not chosen to leave the Jedi Order, she would have been a Jedi Knight. So even they acknowledged long before the Siege of Mandalore, that Ahsoka had attained everything that a Jedi Knight should have. She has everything that Anakin could teach her, the heart of Plo Koon, and the talents and skills of both Obi-Wan and Yoda. She's in every way what a Jedi should be, and in some ways better than even Luke Skywalker.
@@AdamBeaudryMasterProton
tbh I don't know if Ahsoka would have become a Jedi Knight if she hadn't decided to leave the Order.
She's been a Padawan for barely 3 years and even Obi Wan and Anakin were one for about a decade. She has grown a lot in those few years, but I think she might have been a Padawan for 2-3 more years. BUT if she had decided to return to the Order, she would have become a Jedi Knight because the Council would have considered that one of her greatest tests to pass to become a Jedi Knight.

Absolutely. Ahsoka is an actual character (along with Aayla Secura, Stass Allie, Adia Gallia, Leia, Padme etc etc) with development, a likeable personality and fits into an actual story. Rey is a rude brat in a nonsensical illogical story which has no coherent plot. Her arrogance is insufferable. Ahsoka actually has a plot role, character development and story arc. Jedi Knights like Aayla Secura, Shaak Ti, and other female characters like Leia, Padme, etc are lightyears more awesome than Rey. Rex and Ahsoka have become two of my favourite characters over the years; I love the brother/sister dynamic that has developed over the years between them.
Imagine ashoka doing this in live action
Mandalorian season 2👀
I wonder how they will do the voice, will Rosario Dawson do it or get the clone wars VA like Maul in Solo?
edit: I just read the VA isnt cast for Mandalorian S2
Ahsoka
Yeah this works far better in animation. I swear, People need to get over the mindset that live action is inherently superior than animation
@@DerpaTure9503 that horrible black panther fight scene? I don't think it's that bad until you start zooming in and slowing down.
@@DerpaTure9503 exactly what you can't tell that until you start really poking at it.
I literally cheered at this scene. Ahsoka's very well written, deserved journey and improvement has been amazing to watch over the past 10 years. She's one of the most badass Jedi ever.
This is one of the greatest openings to a battle in Star Wars history.
WHY IS NO ONE TALKING ABOUT 1:08-1:14? SO BADASS!
Ikr that’s the reason I watched the video
It’s badass until she is almost immediately forced off the ledge again by a wave of gunfire
She didn't look at the explosion :0
I absolutely love the interaction between the pilot and Ahsoka.
why do you love this scene just asking
@@jh-ij4by its heartwarming, and the pilot even took the time to stay for a few seconds and say "thanks, commander" (which she isn't a commander anymore) even though he's in an on fire aircraft. But that's just me.
It really seems like she's happy to be back, and after her talking to the council about not yet being a Jedi would show she may have very well come back,
It's gonna be tragic when Ahsoka and Rex has to fight the Clones during Order 66.
Just 2 episodes more for that
Interesting since Ahsoka is not a Jedi.
@@thedude7567 she's certainly still programmed to be a target.
Does Rex resist the order?
tonyOn1ce he got his chip removed after Fives’ death
I love this. On my podcast I call her fighting style "violent ballet" because of these episodes. The way she fights at this point is so full of grace and elegance but savage too because every hit is so calculated. It reminds me of "Ben" Kenobi when we see him fight Maul in Rebels.
this is by far my favorite Ahsoka scene, everything is perfect:
action
voice acting
music
dialogue
Most bad ass scene from the clone wars
Why OP Ahsoka doesnt bother me compare to OP Rey?.....because she learned and expanded her skills to amount to this, and she has become one of the biggest iconic off screen characters of the franchise ( until we see her in a movie)
agree
Watching Ahsoka get captured again and again by the Pykes, I despaired. Watching this, I rejoice. Finally, letting loose; so much fun.
Is it me, or in this entire episode, did y’all also heard music bits from other series/movies/game, I swear, I heard a part of Rey theme, a part of rebels(the series) and some of the music from fallen order, and the obvious one, episode 6 music, lol
You got lucky on Taris; the Sith attack saved you from a quick and gruesome death. But I promise you, the Sith won't be getting in my way this time
True leadership. Taking the fight head on but helping your troops on the way. The series always shows that the clones loved thier Jedi but this last siege wanted to show what the army was like when they all truly believe in thier leader. Every single one of those clones would die for Ashoka because they know she would risk everything for them all the same.
I love the fact that they used both episode 3's opening theme and Ahsoka's theme. It helps place this scene into the timeline of the movie but also gives Ahsoka her moment to shine.
It also nicely mimics Anakin and Obi-Wan's entrance from a 'calm' area into a hectic battle.
Yo who’s here after seeing the siege of mandalore in live action??
Me! Hehe I really loved seeing my favorite Clone Wars in live action finally, after 3 years😅
0:58 thanks commander!
0:20 That proud laugh from Captain Rex was everything.
Remember when Anakin was the one jumping out of the gunship way back on Quell in season 1? Good times, and they've come a long way yet...
At 0:13 you can actually see Jesse jumping out of the gunship with no jet pack attached to his model. Who knew ARC troopers could fly
I was wondering if anyone else saw that, he’s just wearing that survival pack that all ARC troopers wear not a jetpack lol
Oh my...
He did have one, slow down the clip, you'll see it.
@@Zoomii5 I did, truthfully to me it doesn't look like a jetpack, just the ARC pack that he always wears but it's hard to tell. It'd make more sense for him to have a jetpack.
REX: "I do what (she) does, just slower."
YOOOO I just realized something: the soundtrack that starts at 0:30 is very similar with the piece that played in the intro of ROTS. I would like to think that scene is in the exact moment when Ani and Obi arrived at Coruscant
Me too, just wish Anakin can see this moment of her
The song is part of the Star Wars theme. It's been played plenty of times, just a different way of playing it.
@@batalorian7997 I'm aware that that is a variation of The Force theme. However, the arrangement is very similar to the ROTS intro one. Also, the parallel of the scene where Ahsoka descends from one gunship to another is akin to Anakin and Obiwan descending from above the Venator to the battle below. Not to mention that it COULD be happening at the same time, Ahsoka, 501st, and Night Owl gang rushing off to Mandalore while Anakin and Obiwan rushing off to Coruscant.
We really got siege of Mandalore in live action
and I love how it ties in so so much with the Mandalorian too since well Bo-katn was there too
This scene is fantastic it show how far ahsoka has come in only 3 years, she's one of the greatest duelists in the order, capable of making quick work of mandalorians, has survived fighting general grievous and asajj ventress, and she's only 17.
Yessss 🙌🏼 🙌🏼
@1:23 Sabine mother enters
Nathaniel Fisher I noticed that! Pretty cool way to tie them in
1:28
Me: CHAAAAARRRGGGGGEEEEEEE.
How do you know? Just curious
Quetzal 24 the hair, the voice, plus bo says ersa which is her name when she asks about mauls location, makes sense yeah?
@@splatoonistproductions5345 yeah makes sense, which epside does she call her ersa?
“Race you to the top”
“I’ll give you a head start”
“Your mistake”
That was exactly this scene 😂
I really, honestly do feel for the replay button.
I've already used it too many times, and that's not even the real start of it.
Beware.
Ahsoka has participated in many Republic campaigns with some of them being the most violent of the war. She fought a Trandosian leader, freed slaves, helped the Onderan rebels free their home despite being outnumbered 100 to 1, and has destroyed thousands of Battle droids. Her fighting these mandalorians with ease shows us how far she has come as a warrior.
Our girl has grown so much ❤️
1:10 Filoni on his way to save Star Wars yet again
Rex- "Wait you forgot your jet pack! My little baby off to destroy people...sniff"
