Hello thank you so much for the video. I am using the same version of NVivo but when I try to create the framework matrix using the same process, I am getting a blank cells for many codes even after auto summarize. Can you please tell me how to get around it? Any help would be useful.

If the cells are blank after AutoSummarize, it suggests there is no time that case and code intersect. Best way to check is using a coding query.
