For me how I got better was just challenging myself, I knew that I couldn’t get better if I didn’t do harder things so I did things that I didn’t think I could but figured them out and gained more confidence

It's lowkey a pet peeve of mine when I see comments on origami videos complaining about how hard it is, so they just gave up. IMO, origami requires a good bit of patience, and often times, multiple attempts lol. I've had multiple instances when folding different models where I just straight up had to fold it all over again, and then I figure out what I messed up on the first try.

I use four cps one to mark off the creases one to help collapse and two to scribble on when im bored

Why do you precrease eveything in M and then flip the needed ones to V (M on 3rd CP)? Isn't it better/cleaner to just make only M folds from first CP and then the V folds (M on 3rd CP)?
Tilted by Box you can do that but why i precrease everything on colour side first as mountain is because when you change them to valley, you already have them creased so its very easy to reverse, trying to make the valley for the first time and not having them, you wont be as accurate
@@FearlessFlourish But doesn't the flip make paper weaker and also more difficult to collapse? And one last question, how do you make the M - pinch both ends of where a line should be and then fold, or there's a better way?
