I also have the Rockin’ Frames and not only are they really well made and ride like a dream, but the dude who makes them really puts a lot of heart 💜 and passion into them and our sport!
Peace. Nice video. I will buy one as well but i still dont know which one to choose. My foot length is 255mm and im thinking about the 4x100. Do you thinl its to big for my foot size?
I own the same K2 frames but 4x80 alongside Rockin 580, Roka 580, NN 4x110. The K2 frames are great. Can't tell if it applies to your 4x100. Today, Wizard frames are ludicrously expensive. 750 for frames and wheels from them. (pff!!!)
Hi Nazar, on Rockin 4x100 do u think it would be ok to roll with smaller wheels like 84mm and 90mm ? Also, did u test them on 165mm mount boot with an adaptor?
Technically it will roll of course, but it's not going to be the best experience. With smaller wheels you'll have larger empty spaces between the wheels, making the ride on the streets much more rough, but on some smooth surface it won't be noticeable. Concerning the adapter - I didn't use it. UFS mount is for sure better with this frame, and I don't have any better boot in 165mm mount anyway. But there are people who use it with the 165mm adapter and it works fine as well from what I saw.
Hello Nazar, thank you so much for this video, i have a question about the rocking frame, i also got it and it might sound obvious to you, but i don't know if i did this right and would really appreciate yours, or someone's help. i am not sure how to Install the frame correctly and precised to the Boot. Cause when you put the Frame on the boot, the two holes to mount the frame on the boot, where you put the two screws through have a oval shape by some centimeters and not a single hole like the wizards. You end up having the option to put the Frame more to the Front or to the back of the boot.... I don't know how to tighten the screws properly, maybe you can enlighten me. Do I push, the frame a bit towards the front of the boot, once i tightened the screws a little bit? Or to the back? Or i try to get the middle? Or do i just don't worry at all about it? I hope you, or someone understand my question and can help me. Thanks for reading
Hi. I'm not sure which holes do you mean - the ones in the boot or the ones in the frame? Also is this a boot with UFS or 165mm mount? What is the model? The holes in the frame are almost perfectly round, with just a bit of elongation to account for small variations between different boot manufacturers. So if you really can move the frame significantly, I assume you have some adjustable mounting screws in the boot. In that case I would position it in the center or shift backwards, which could reduce the chance of it moving while skating.
@@NazarOnWheels thank you for answering! Yes, its a simple but difficult question with nothing then a written chat 😄! I mean the mounting holes of the rockin frame 4100. I am using the seba cj, just like you, ufs. Its just that the holes of the rockin frame are not just round, they are more "longish", just about some centimeters. So you can move them to the front or back when you mount them.... maybe i was just worrying too much.....but i think you already answered this. Thanks a lot, there are not many videos to this frame outside so far, so i just picked you, thanks for taking the time! Really aprecciate it. Keep it up, really like your videos and skating style, i am learning a lot here. All the best Niko
@@goldentimes7914 sounds like your frame is for 165mm mount and u are trying to adapt it to a ufs boot the holes should be perfect circle not pill shaped like the 165mm are
@@Gsfbandit93 😄 nooo, thats not it, but thanks for the reply.(seba cj 2020 carbon ufs and rockin 4100 frame ufs ). I am really just talking about the round common ufs screwhole. The screw doesnt fill the whole screwhole of the frame, just by logic, so that your screw surely matches inside. Its with all ufs frames. The rockin is just a bit more generous designed, its just about some milimeters, when you next time mount a ufs frame on your boots, you will see that you correct the frame minimal intuitively. So you have left and right in equilibrium. But i really guess that it doesnt matter at all. Its so few differenz. I guess i shouldnt have asked that question and confuse and eat peoples time 😄😆!!! . But thank you anyway! Nice to try helping me;-)
Mechanically they are very similar, but my NN was in 165 mount, so it was higher and more difficult to control. NN in the UFS mount would probably be the same as Rockin.
Glad to see you again on RUclips . ;)
Thanks 🙌🏼
Great detailed review!

Ben tornato :)
