Does your unit make any kinds of buzzing noise? Mine is making the buzz noise under load (like 500watt). It’s not crazy loud but if you stay close it’s definitely audible.
I believe once you have access to the system you don't need to mess with the user, just head over to 3- System, 4- Tools, and choose 2- Reset to Defaults and type YES

just to correct a few things. The rest procedure is in the manual, and by default they use DHCP to obtain an address.
