Which 10 commandments? The first ones that got smashed or the second ones? Be specific man! Our souls are in the balance!!
@MontelDublin-pp9qn i think your in the wrong channel for this.....
The flood would destroy the Turanids, because of the flood super cell.
@@reokobalta8839who’s the say the tyranids couldn’t adapt to combat the flood super cell
There is the Flood.
then
There is Sergeant Major Avery Junior Johnson.
Best character in the entire franchise
Master Chief is boring and a stereotypical superhuman badass that we already have a dozen of
The major is just a man, and a charismatic one at that who slays and never gives up
@@THEBUGSAREBACCCCKKKKKKKKKK Master Cheif is only a stereotype for the same reasons lord of the rings is a "standard fantasy setting", they were the templates the standard was based on.
I swear this Chanel does more to keep halo alive that 343 does
an entire hour of flood lore i picked a good time check RUclips thank you always enjoy a new video about these nasties
Enjoyable. Thanks for making the video. Greg Bear's trilogy was a joy to read. You read a lot too I'm guessing. You pronounce words that you probably have never heard spoken and only ever read like virulent and chitinous. A trivial detail in an otherwise well made video.
No i think it's more british vs American English. I agree with you on the pronounceation of chitin. But it's the difference between aluminum and Al-u-min-eum
installation 00 Do you know what exactly did the forerunners do to the burn areas after the halos were fired because I don’t remember them being any information about them anywhere afterwords. any ideas?
Planetary knowledge of this caliber can't be left alone
Well let me grab some popcorn 🍿
I thought this sounded familiar. I just read this word for word to my son out of the Halo encyclopedia. Great book and great to hear it read to me instead lol
Were sleeping tonight boys
Maybe one day we'll have a Halo game, which is a game series essentially about the Flood vs The Galaxy, that has... you know... the Flood in it.
SURELY because 343 isn't in charge of Halo anymore, the next one will be good. For real this time, guys!
It's dead move on
*Insert Ralph Wiggum meme here*
Gravemind from Halo 3, "Child of my enemy"
Umm, no Mr. Gravemind, under current canon lore, YOU are a precursor, and the PRECURSORS, made Humanity, so PRECURSORS are our parents, and Humans are the children of PRECURSORS. So no mommy gravemind, we are YOUR children, and unless you are your own enemy, your comment makes zero sense... unless Humans are actually Forerunners.
So I guess you never even played halo… yes humans are forerunners
@@MrManatee101 Who is your comment for? It can't be for me, since I love all the Halo CE thru Reach games. I already know that Bungie Forerunners are Humans and have been supporting my argument with irrefutable evidence for years. There's also nobody else who's replied to my comment calling out 343's retcon and how it makes a planetary sized plothole in regards to the Gravemind. I'm really just confused by your out of place comment that's stating the obvious and just repeating what I've already said?
@@tjpprojects7192 I’m just saying it’s very easy to tell the gravemind said children of my enemy because the humans and forerunners are the same species but not same society/culture, hence why they are the “children” or descendants of the forerunners or the “enemy” of the flood
@@MrManatee101They know, that’s why they said “under current canon lore”; this was retconned.
@@MrManatee101 Even in Halo 3 there was terminal lore showing humans and forerunners weren't the same.
Extensive, entertaining, well done.
Master Chief is captured by the Gravemind.... Initiated his suits micro-fusion pack. Taking him and the Gravemind with him.... Or does he?
Somehow the flood is reminiscent of something like the outbreak of cancer, only not in a single body, but on a galactic level.
@HiddenXperia Watch out mate, you got some strong competition for the title of 'Flood Loremaster' 😅
This one can talk properly too
I
This is a joke in case anyone is a fanny and gets offended hahahahahaha
Only humanity could find random space coke, give it to their pets, and somehow cause the apocalypse.
OH MY GOD!!! THAT POWDER IS MORE FLOOD!!! That’s not just theory. It is LORE!!!
An hour? We getting flooded with this one lads.
I wish “Heavy is the Crown” by Linkin Park could’ve been used for Halo. There are so many amazing story lines that it could’ve hit perfectly!!!
Can't wait for the Halloween video, 00! I hope it's a scary flood story
Installation 8? I thought that lore referred to it as Installation 04b due to it being intended to replace the original Installation 04 destroyed during Halo CE?
As far as I'm aware, both have been used interchangeably.
@@ALLMINDmercenarysupportsystem K. Lol. Thought I missed something. Haven't read the books in a bit. Lol.
Man an hour... couldnt ask for more
I put this to fall asleep & had the worst dream I was halfway infected like Dubbo & couldn’t control it & infected my whole family 😂😂
Ancient humans find an even more ancient mysterious space dust that just happens to be encapsulated possibly to keep it quarantined,
Ancient Humans: "Let's feed it to animals and use it for skin care, there can't be any delayed side effects in the long run"
so what happened to the baby primordials that 343 stark or chakas had in the beyond light book
A halo lore video that isn’t trying to say FLUUD as many times as possible? 🎉
The Flood.
Probably the scariest zombifying organism in sci fi story history.
Whats insane is the story of the planet that was wiped out before the flood landed. Every living being on the planet ended themselves before the flood could invade.
Terrifying.
Had a question, and hope chat doesn't blow me up. Maybe you have a video about this, but I couldn't find it. I know it will be long, but one encompassing video about Master Chief from Begining to an end. To where he is now. An omnibus of his history. Just an idea
Beautiful Mustang there big dawg
Such an amazing machine and so good looking
Screw master chief I wanna talk about that mustang
Im gonna take a wild guess, but Id have to say the orgin of the flood being grey dust rubbed on pets was post Bungie. Honestly it sounds really dumb for the epicness of Halo lore.
And it was so horrible they commited suicide.
Yup. Couldnt think of anything, right?
i had a bad slepp after lisitng to this while tryng tosleep i loved it so muich
I’m hindsight, their “most effective” measures scale to using only handguns in WW1
I keep hearing foreigners instead of Forerunners and it’s entertaining me wildly
ngl, the flood scare the brownies out of me during the game. Good lore drop though.
Love your content!!
Dang. A whole hour? Nice. Wonder if Hidden Xperia will watch? (Kidding. It's the Flood. He paid for an advance veiwing! 😆)
Do we have Spartans immune system in combination with covenant Spartan immune systems.
I think this could hold the key to the fire I was metaphorically talking about fighting the flood back while directly talking about it. It's the exertion of one owns will to maintain dominance in function. While literally buck shot and projectiles. Taking them down at increasing distances where the only ones engaged at close quarters are spread out and amassing on your position... Anyways do you don't worry bout it.
So what does everyone think about a fight between the flood (transgalactic stage) from halo, and the tyranids from warhammer 40k? Who wins?
