First of all this sample is a smaller project so they have more time to dedicate to graphics. All 100GB just for this. And secondly it uses a different technology than gta 6 would use

This is still looks unrealistic imo. Rdr2 is more realistic than this thing. Of course this footage shows incredible opportunities ue5 devs have but now it looks like ps4 spiderman, even framerate the same. So there's a lot of work to do tho
