Cinematic Studio Strings - Legato Delay Offset FIX in Cubase 9.5

Skip to 01:40 for the meat and potatoes of the fix.
Slow Legato: Vel 0 - 64 with a delay of 333 ms
Medium Legato: Vel 65 - 100 with a delay of 250 ms
Fast Legato: Vel 101 - 127 with a delay of 100 ms
