For a movie tie in game, this isn't a bad final boss. You're constantly on the move, you don't necessarily have to use the stage's gimmick to win, and it's multiphase. That and they actually used the movies real actors to reprise their roles. I'd say this game is pretty solid.
From 2:24 - 2:31 - this part was hilarious!🤣 Rourke: “Stop right there, Thatch! You’re fowling everything... 2:27 Milo: *hits Rourke with boomerang* Rourke: “ungh!” *funny sound effect plays* Milo: *hits the containment pod with Crystal Kida inside. Rourke gets trapped in crystal.* Milo: *hits Rourke again, making him lose a life* Me: Owned! XD
That would have made for an epic second phase to this battle. I could see Rourke attacking with blasts of crystal energy. Some would be shot out of Rourke's hands, and some from his mouth. Milo would have to dodge these attacks before attacking. And each time Rourke is hit, a part of his crystal body breaks off to show that he's getting weaker. Then, when Milo lands the final blow, Rourke explodes in a burst of light, leading into a cutscene where Kida's chains are cut and the blimp comes crashing down.
Save kida:The final moment has come,help Milo defeat both Helga and Rourke to save both kida and Atlantis.In the first part lure Helga fire to 4 canisters,once all the canisters are gone Helga is down and out,and you move on to the finale battle against commander Rourke himself.In the last part you can't go hand to hand against Rourke,the only way to beat him is to hit the pod that holds kida that way he'll turn into a crystal and have a chance to hit Rourke and deplete his lives he's got.Beat him 6 times and Rourke is defeated and you save both kida and Atlantis.
