    It’s cool how it gets quieter the closer he gets, but becomes really loud during the chase.

      I was thinking you can make one based on a Tv Show Doctor who. (The Cyberman) basically they were human that turn into cyborgs to survive space travel.
      I was wondering you can make one based on an old cyberman from the first appearance. You can call the rogue cyberman. The original version is Mondasian Cybermen

      Not really, the Unknown isn’t exactly able to shapeshift, this would be the first killer that would have the ability to shapeshift as a survivor, or at least it would be a fitting power for him since he hides among humans and feasts on the grief of its victims, and I am sure DBD would find a way to fit him in regardless

    Hey man, pretty decent song but I think I can offer some critizism.
    For one, the build-up 32 Meters to 8 Meters does not flow smoothly at all, sure they all work as horror concepts, but they don't "flow" smoothly. The thing about Dead by Daylight's chase music is that the approaching themes build up over time, and the killer initating chase is the payoff or the "beat-drop".
    The screaming at the chase does get somewhat annoying after a while espically for the killer who will probably have to listen to it constantly, so maybe use it more sparringly, maybe in the beginning and near the end, or just have it right at the end as if the Upside Down Man is angry that he let the survivor escape, basically giving the feeling you didn't escape, you just made him angrier.
    Also for a character surrounding grief, I'm surpised there's no faint crying or wheeping since that's what is typically associated with grief.

      Ok let me break this down, first off, they don't have to flow smoothly, if you know anything about each stage of chase, that usually being from 32 meters to the chase itself, not all of them are supposed to sound the exact same let alone similar, sure it is something that you can do however you don't have to. To add to that, there are some chase themes in game that don't follow the set of steps you just said, or at least not each section of chase sounds exactly the same. Also the screaming in the chase theme is it mimicing the noises of its victims, in 32 meters the faint whispering is of the victims of the Upside Down Man that weren't able to escape. I appreciate the criticism but most of these things you stated are not needed and if I was remove the screaming or faint whispers you could argue that it would actually make it worse or less lore accurate. Since as I already stated in my case, the whispering and screaming are of his victims which he manifests and mimics, while yes he is called the "harvester of grief," he plays back his victim's suffering, aka their screams and whispers because to him it's like music which adds more to him as a character, and also because he is able to shapeshift, iirc. And also some chase themes in the game are already annoying, but as I said I'm just trying to be more or less lore accurate, so I could care less whether the constant screaming and suffering is annoying, but it's not everyone's piece of cake obviously, so you do you. 👍

      Also 16 to 8 Meters is a better buildup if you ask me because it still keeps that base guitar beat, which is something that the actual DBD chase themes usually have, is they keep the same base beat but just add more to it, and same thing all the way until up the chase since it also has that same beat, just more intense.

      It would, but it would be better as his own killer. I even have a unique power concept now that I have just recently thought of when looking into his lore which is that his power would be something like being able to manifest the grief of its victims, so basically, he would leave these orbs around the map and everytime a survivor touches them (disarming would take as long as disarming the trapper's trap on default, and they would be harder to notice), similar to the trapper if someone gets trapped. He could teleport to that place and the player would scream beforehand so that they know he is gonna teleport, and when he teleports he will be a few meters away but will still be close enough to where the chase begins, and he will have the regular movement speed for most killers, that being 4.6M/S aka 4.6 Meters Per Second. Reason being that his power is based off feeding off the grief of his victims, and he is addicted to that force, so his power name would also be called "Grief Absorption."

    What would his Power/Ability be? All I can think of is a teleportation that causes panic to any Survivor nearby.

      I did state he could shapeshift but I did research and realized that is not the case, it's just him being able to hide very well and feed on the grief of his victims, and he uses that grief like an ultimate force, almost as like an addiction for The Upside Down Man.

It already has its own theme, and fits, unless you mean something else because I am a little confused by what you mean, however I do agree with them adding trevor henderson monsters, would be a great addition for a game like dbd and trevor has made some really good horror.

    Ok, I have been sitting on this for a while and here is my stance: firstly each layer needs more connective tissue, I get that the point IS the whip lash but like a bit of ambient syth between each layer and generally more reverb to the syth and sfx that is in the song. I like how you use sound affects in this track, but I also felt like you used all your cards on the first two layers and then the third layer was just very under whelming, it should have been swapped with the first. And the chase? I really like the rhythm you were going for, but it just didn’t have enough going on. There is also just too much base across the board (also like those sfx) , try to build it up next time. I of course don’t mean any disrespect, I can tell you have a lot of passion with these and I am excited to see what you do next, have a good one😊

      Appreciate the feedback. Again, not tryna be rude just breaking the criticism down (I apologize a lot as a canadian lmao)! I will be making more chase concepts and I also make actual beats, like funk and phonk sometimes if I am bored. And for the chase I can maybe agree a little bit but for 16 meters to 8 meters, I still kept the base beat, which is what most dbd chase themes have, they will keep a base beat and then add onto it over time, which is what I did after 16 meters, 16 meters and 8 meters both had the same base beat, and so did the chase, however with the chase I kept the same beat but switched the base guitar out for a more intense guitar to make the chase really intense, I didn't really see a need to add anything else to the chase because it was already good enough as it is to be honest, but I will take this advice and use it for later on. You have a good one too. 👍

      Well I do, however I just make the chase concept because that is the most fun part and also I like to let the viewers make concepts based off the character's lore, someone did that on my judge holden concept video for DBD. So I could, but I like to see what viewers can come up with when it comes to the power and perks.

      @@shurmanodestroyer8040 Like I said, letting the viewers to see if they can come up with something creative themselves because I like to see what other people can come up with it, the whole point is that this is a chase and menu concept, not a perk/power concept, that would be for an entirely diff video. If you watch other people that make concepts like these you usually notice they don't do perk concepts or power concepts, they just make a menu theme and chapter chase theme concept and then leave the people in the comments to make up those said perk concepts and power concepts for the specific killer.       @@shurmanodestroyer8040 I use something similar to fl studio but it's much cheaper with a subscription system called "Soundtrap." It's pretty good, and it takes more skill than fl studio imo because fl is pretty easy to master but soundtrap takes some skill because you need to find the right beats, do consistent sampling, it has similar features to fl studio but for the most part it's a better option if you're looking for something cheaper.

      I stated this in another reply but not all of them have to be the same, there are some chase themes that don't have the exact same sound in each part of chase. The only one that is different from all severely is 32 meters but that's just for the buildup, 16 meters to the chase keeps the same guitar beat I use, but I add on more to it. They do the same thing for actual chase themes in DBD, they keep the same beat but add more to it over time, so even in the chase I keep the same beat but modify the guitar to make it more intense.       Doesn't need to lmao, not every menu music has to be the dead by daylight theme/beat, examples of this are the xenomorph, the knight, and the unknown. Plus to be fair, it is kind of hard to make those kind of remixes, although I have an app/plugin I use which extracts the piano notes from a specific kind of beat or music which also helps in making fire beats or remixes within Soundtrap.
