Just a tip for your tomato plants- For a stronger plant, remove the bottom couple leaves and when you planr bury it almost up to the next set of leaves. The stem will actually root and make for a nice strong plant :)

Indoor plants could have died because the light levels may be different from your old apartment. You might want to consider grow lights for a couple hours- there are small ones you can get that won't take up much space. I personally have had no success with the red/blue ones, only the "natural" light ones. For aphids, I use garlic water. It kills them dead and it doesn't harm any beneficial insects. Also, if your balcony is windy, it will dry out plants faster than you expect. But whenever you move to a new "farm", you sort of have to start gardening all over from scratch, until you know what the microclimate is like. Good luck with it! I wish I could grow shiso, but I've failed every time.

Plants are really so fussy about changing conditions! I noticed this when I moved to an apartment with mechanical ventilation. My plants started dying and I didn't know what to do with them. I already had growing lights for them (I live in a country with long dark winter), but it turned out that the air was too dry for them in the new apartment. Dry plants are also more susceptible to pests, which I figured out the hard way 🥀😭 But then I got humidifiers in each room and now my new plants are thriving again. I also have a meter to monitor the humidity so I know when I need to keep the humidifiers on. In the winter time it's basically all the time 😅 On the plus side I don't have any breathing or skin issues myself anymore, because even people can apparently suffer from too dry air.
@@takemyseoultotokyo I get a water sprayer, fill it with distilled water (I have a brita filter), then I add one squeeze of dish soap (helps the water adhere to the leaves) and then I sprinkle minced garlic inside and swirl it around for a bit. (The garlic power clogs the spray, so don't bother with that). I use a tablespoon of garlic. Then you just gently spray. It kills the aphids, and the birds don't mind eating them with garlic.

Your garden makes me so happy, I hope to do this took when I have a little more space! One warning, I worked on a farm for a few years, and your cherry tomato will need support at well! It's right next to the support for your peas, so it make be easiest to loosely tie the cherry tomato plant to the plastic pipe as it gets tall. Good luck!!!

요즘 매일 플랜디님 영상에 중독됐어요 요리도 얼마나 잘하시는지 매일 배우고 힐링합니다
지나가는 원예과입니다! 식물들이 전부 고사한게 안타까워서 댓 처음 남겨요! 바질에 돌맹이 뭉쳐있던 것들은 아마 분갈이를 안 해줘서 그럴 수 있어요..! 애들도 새로운 영양분이 계속 필요하거든요ㅎㅎ 그리고 비료는 이식한 후 식물들이 뿌리가 잘 내린 다음 주는 게 좋아용
저도 작은 텃밭농사짓고 있는데 비료 멋도모르고 막 뿌리다가 농사선배님이 독하다고 조금 주라고 ㅋㅋㅋ 얘기들었어요 화학비료라는거 알고 지금은 사용안하고 있어요ㅠ 집에서 식물은 잘 키우고 있는데 농사는 정말 어렵네요 ㅎㅎ 원예과 구독자님 존경해요🥹🥹
