You should have elaborated that TUG is “the ultimate glitch” and several games have one. NKI used to have a great write up on them that might still be out there somewhere. X-Men vs Street Fighter’s caused a tag super for one meter with any super, even airborne ones, for example.

There is also MK2 version of the snes in which baraka is floating. And that was a totally broken game and you can also do fatalities when the time limit is about to expires.
