Uphill twisties on my Yamaha XSR 125

Riding my Yamaha XSR 125 up a twisty road. It's fun, but 125cc struggles a bit uphill.
I'm a tall rider and therefore quite heavy - 196 cm and 110 kg - which is a lot for 125 cc.
