Maybe the Liscenses, remember that Smash Bros has Pass with many problema or chances so the Characters would be there, Even in the First one they had problems to put Pikachu and Jigglypuff
@@ShadowArmorPX I heard it was more due to the release date as all the cameos are solely owned by Nintendo. Pikachu and Jigglypuff are under the Pokemon Company.
In my opinion, the Minion Quest mode sounded like a scrapped mode for the GBA version they saved for the 3DS remake. It could've worked with the e-Reader if it didn't fail, like you'd get special enemies to recruit with the cards.
I mean he spends his whole life in space fighting off against a literal giant space monkey thats also a polygonal head with giant detached hands who also works for a rival team of star fox that has a wolf, panther, lizard, and shitmonk, one of which worked with fox’s father and killed him and betrayed him for andross

My only theory is that they backed out on the idea to keep Mario's universe, it's own thing, or they scrapped these last minute. As Wario showing up wouldn't have been too out of the ordinary. I guess they thought it would've been weird for just Wario and E. Gadd to cameo, so they gave E. Gadd the roles of all 7 to compensate. Wario has basically no issues showing up randomly. Fox is a Space pilot, which...opens up a flood gate. Samus is a Bounty hunter, who, I would assume not exist in the same universe that has a Species called "shy guy" whilst at the same time, Ridley and the Space pirates exist. Olimar is a space captain, who is like an inch tall, and only discovered the pikmin on a post apocalypse earth. Where Zero humans are around. Excitebike... well nothing says it can't take place in the Mario universe. Link is not just one person, but the whole Zelda series takes millions of years to tell its story. There would be, Many issues trying to canonized Mario, Zelda, Metroid, Starfox, and Pikmin as one universe. As, Mario already shares it's own universe with Donkey Kong, Wario, and Yoshi. And would later be confirmed to hold Punch-out! as Another franchise that takes place in Mario's world. Nintendo would have to bend everything to make this all make sense in some way.
@@LeoSantano Even though in Super Mario RPG and it's remake we can find both Link and Samus sleeping in beds. It's odd they kept those and cut these. Especially cutting Wario.
You know if the "Gold Ring" wasn't confirmed to be a Star Fox item, i would have immediately jumped to another anthropomorphic character involved with rings. That would have been something to see back then, way before the Olympics and Smash Bros Brawl.
Fox is the main protagonist of a Nintendo series called Star Fox. He’s the leader of the team with the same name. The frog and rabbit who called him are his teammates. The frog is named Slippy Toad while the rabbit is called Peppy Hare. Normally, the three are accompanied by another character: A bird named Falco Lombardi. But he doesn’t seem to appear here. I don’t want to explain what I think because I don’t want to spoil the games if you want to play it. The four characters protect the Lylat System, which is where they live, from evil threats. The most common threat is a monkey named Andross, who’s responsible for the disappearance of James McCloud, Fox’s father and Peppy’s old friend. Ps: Wait… if you know Falco and Katt (do you realize they were a couple *before* the events of the series), how don’t you know Fox?!

@@ShadowArmorPXbut Nintendo fully owns Starfox, Metroid, Mario, Zelda, ECT. Unless you mean Nintendo wouldn't let AlphaDream use them.

This guy could even do the Minion Quest cutscenes in GBA form if he wanted to!

Please do! I would love to see the E.Gadd one with him rambling.
his final line should have been " Sorry to jet, but I'm in a hurry "
I’m pretty sure they heard Slippy and Peppy talking to Fox.
@@Superemie401sure, but it'd be nicer than "mission complete"...
I’m a bit sad that they scrapped the cameos. It would have been cool to see Mario and Luigi interacting with Fox outside of Smash Bros.

Yo I didn't expect the Touhou Pingas guy to be in a Mario video. Small world huh

Ask Crystal and I'm sure you'll get your answer.
I mean did you see his reaction meeting Krystal
I read his "Fox here" line exactly like how he says when you pick him in multiplayer in Star Fox Assault
I waited so many years to finally see this!
0:45 What? No Falco? Aw…
this is so awesome man! hope you eventually do them all
Holy shit you're back!
This is getting good! Though I wish Falco is here but oh well!
This needs more views
Kinda sad Peppy didn't say "Do a barrel roll!".
No matter what, Slippy always needs Fox's help lol
I never thought these cuts existed in Superstar Saga, can't wait to see the remaining 4 scenes

Maybe SuperStar Saga happened between the manga and Star Fox Adventure? It might explain his absence…

Were the Slippy and Peppy cameos also part of the original scrapped Star Fox cameo?
