The pay deck lacks variety for the builds. The free one offers way more combinations imo. It's always the same with the pay version at the end. I originally thought you got extra animals with the pack. It just swaps them out. They should swap out the summon monsters too because they are useless without horse-like animal, which it doesn't have. Except, the rooster is always at the end.
Haven't played as much as you NL, but I would highly suggest to try out using a crocodile and dolphin build. The crocodile does a great job at sniping powerful backliners like the shark before they scale and the dolphin can take out weak support units like the turkey or fly luck permitting. Combine either with a tiger and you can take out 2-3 animals before the fighting starts if they are leveled up. Keep up the great content!
I first got introduced to this game yesterday as I finally gave these videos a shot, I'm completely baffled by how fun these vids are and even more how much strategy that goes into fighting with a bunch of tiny animals 🤣 Im such a fan of how serious and technical you have to strategize your every placement and overall the game looks so silly
I’m a big fan of the sniper build. Early croc is amazing for ruining an opponent team, and dolphin can help with that. Jaguar can be incredible with some huge buffs.
I JUST had my first taste of incredibly fed Rhino. It was Rhino tiger with a Dodo buff and melon armor. I ran into the infamous turkey fly. I can't believe Rhino hits before Turkey buffs, I just got 1 kill and it killed the entire team. It even hit units 4 times because it had left over hits from kills it got with 1 hit. Like whut
@@vl507 Rhino is hard counter to the popullar spam builds. But you need it lvl 2 and a tiger behind to really pop off. If you just run one lvl 1 rhino its not that good but still not bad imo. It has priority over buffing new units which is super good

I think not buying the peacock upgrade in that last round was a pretty huge miss. There was the benefit from leveling the unit and it would have also received the buff from the penguin. Then, with the dodo behind the peacock both the ant and the camel are taken out by the peacock, the kangaroo never has a chance to scale and the backline has a better chance at cleaning up. Still depends on snake RNG a bit but there were way too many stats left on the table with what was chosen, and there's more scaling to carry into the next round assuming a win.
Nah, shark was the right play. Peacock would have only had 11 or 12 health by the start of the turn and would have been one shotted by most builds that late in the game. Unless shark got sniped by dolphin or unlucky snake it had a better chance to carry him to the next round, since you don't know what you're going to fight until it starts

I didnt’ think this game deserved 100 episodes and I never watched them. NL highlights channel brought it more to my attention and now it is one of my favorites next to isaac
horse specifically says till end of battle. so even if you get it in the shop, it goes away at the end of the battle afterwards. most other buffs in the shop screen are permanent though
NL sleeps on the skunk. It's the only animal that does a % damage of an opponents health meaning it scales with the enemy team. It basically auto scales.
Finally got my first 10win game last night ....Shark, Monkey, Giraffe, Kangaroo, Puffer Fish.... and the shark was hardly used... it was all the buffs on the kangaroo and puffer!
Salad is random, flamingo play isn't. It's more comparable to two apples which means you save 2 gold. And like the other guy said it also triggered the dog. And I don't know why you're talking about the wasted space, he had 6 gold left to replace it in the video. If you don't have the money to buy something else after the pill, just freeze the pill until next turn and play the flamingo...
Personality I feel like pufferfish and rhinos are traps. The damage output from the ability is just too low, much better to use the spot for something that buffs, like a camel.
Nobody reads this probably, but you can see a difference between permanent and temporary buffs. Temp buffs adds a little bar under the thing buffed, as an example the horse adds one to attack then the hand symbol for attacking gets a tiny bar under it. Not in battle where they are all temp however
not a problem if you've built that way. actually, he often ends up with tier one units like dog and horse and cricket, watching them lose to strict upgrades like shark, turkey, ram.
Yeah and he freezes nothing so often, like he'll freeze snails before a battle, like it's not worth pretty much ever, having to sell a unit to put snail in, then snail is useless, and if you draw or win it just takes up a store slot, he does not realize the importance of store reroll slots

Was definitely not aware that the horse buffs in the shop on bought animals wasn't permanent. Especially since other animals have specific messaging explaining that it'll only last until end of combat.

Rhino is garbage tier, can careless about 4 damage to the unit it’s about to punch for 30. Sure it can clear melon armor or a low level unit but so can your 30/30 rhino or something better

Balancing is a little off and you need 1 of 3 or 4 builds to actually win, and wins arent satisfying as there aren't even achievements for winning ect, or rankings to feel progression from... Im just playing meta builds to win pointless games...

If I’m not mistaken I had a lvl 3 cricket in the front a lvl 2 ox with pumped stats a lvl 2 dodo a level 3 swan for money scaling and lvl 2 turkey

I’ve gotten a tiger plus maxed out skunk with that and it’s absolutely insane just removes their strongest units from the field
