@@user78554 some good ingredients to look for in facial skin products are caffeine if your dark circles are more blue/purple/green (visible capillaries) or vitamin C if they're more brown (skin pigmentation), possibly both. I suggest you start by looking those up. If you're on a budget, go for serums/essences instead of eye creams, as the latters are usually more expensive due to secondary active ingredients and basically being aimed at middle-aged women with money.
