For a time,a long time, Combichrist was my fuel. I am glad that they came back with a perfect mix of aggrotech and guitar riffs showing that they could (and hope they will) continue the aggrotech legacy they made.

The fact that this kinda music emerges again is a monstrous omen towards the world. We are living in a dark age and active resistance is needed.

I love metal music, but honestly, Combichrist for me has always been aggrotech / EBM, not industrial metal, and I have no idea why they were going in that direction. Anything similar to the old style is very much welcomed by me.

There new stuff has really been a hit and miss with me, I started listening to them when ''Today we are all Demons'' came out and been a pretty strong fan since then, but when they announced they were doing the DMC soundtrack got me a bit hesitant. The albums that came after that were very much hit and miss, some songs where good and some were not as good. I sort of stopped paying attention to the when ;;This is were Death Begins'' came out, But if this is a happy medium to keep both sides of the fans happy with this song then I am fine with that.
