The best two wheeler reviewer in the world, hands down. The on spot script, the no nonsense narration, the use of complex but lucid English language. Hats off Rishaad... It is tough to find a bike fanatic who knows so much about bikes and can put forward every detail precisely..
One of the best automobile reviewer out there today! Big ups to Rishaad for his eccentricity and simplicity in reviewing what is, one of the best machine ever made!
Also Honda does not have media bikes most of the times. When was the last time you saw any Indian Journalist review a Honda big bike other than the CB500x. Few channels got hold of bikes from owners for a review like the CB650r. Sad but true.
I'll say honda is happy selling Activas from 1G to ~G...they don't want to sell super bikes... I visited a big wing and the answer was that they might start taking bookings around August
Rishad Is definitely the best bike reviewer we have right now. I'm surprised he rides this well. Thought he was a journalist but looks like he has huge track riding experience
Many years back moto journals always used to deliberately obtuse the fleet of slower superbikes, the Fireblade one being. But now things have changed, the key to riding successfully is not the power numbers but how usable that power is. Riders in India are now perceiving the basic wisdom of riding superbikes than being fascinated by something powerful. Thats great! S1000 RR is quite a friendly motorcycle to ride on roads. And that's mostly welcomed by Indian superbike owners. Nice presentation well performed Review Thanks, Autocar
Yesterday, I saw this beauty on the highway. The rider was on my opposite and I heard "RRRRRRRR" and he was gone already. Damn that looks and that sound I feel like I have a lust for this one lol. I wish I could ride one.
I've ridden both s1krr and zx10r one after another and I can just say that paying up extra 10L is totally worth it if you have the money, if you don't then nothing beats zx10r for that price.
For me the 600cc is the very sweet spot and more than enough for normal ride, powerful and efficient. The litre bikes are for pure race enthusiasts, for an average or common people towards bike enthusiasm 600 feels like damn cool. Hope I would own one of its kind
All these superbike makers should make a 600cc versions of the exact same bike with the same features just with the half the power. People will be able to enjoy these bikes in a better way.
You say plastics have been used a lot. Of course it will be used to keep the weight down. But those components are not going to encounter stress forces and hence doesn't have any effect. I own the 2023 version and they don't feel cheap, but it's each one's opinion I guess.
Really nice and true review...i love superbikes..but India is not the country where u should buy one 😅...no good roads and traffic. A 400cc bike is way more sufficient here.
There is very much confusion when you want to buy a superbike. The three ones are bmw s1000rr, kawasaki zx-10r, and ducati panigale, other than these three, hayabusa is a bike of which every indians have a soft corner in their heart. No one can hate hayabusa.
It's a dream of mine to own this s1000rr as you said it's better to get it with better seat, after you're review I am questioning if i should consider buying it? As you said it performs well on nicer roads.
So it's okay if we buy a standard s1krr. As we won't be able to go on track that often. Standard varient is much practical to own if you are a Highway weekend ride kinda person
This newbie with M Sport package holds no relevance to the Indian roads, just think about the hefty prize, maintenance and the taxes, even after all these aspects. You still cant explore it to its full potential. It has some amazing electronic and safety kits. I feel its only good for track use only
the Ultimative Super Bike was the bmw s1000rr 2010. every thing after was just a chaotic try to improve few things and make alots of thing even worse. im a simle men if you want ride fast you dont need any thing on the bike what take away from you controll and let you be the passenger.
I love sports bike, but Frankly speaking, these bikes are not for Indian roads. The max you can drive here is 160 km/hr, that too is not safe. And 160 km/hr even a 350 cc bike can take you. So if you have money and want a showpiece in your house or want to show off then its ok to buy these bikes.
Well, India is a status oriented society at its peak, If you have certain materialistic things, it validates your existence. Doesnt matter how much people oppose this, ground reality is very different. Solution would be either a race track bulit in states or making 400-600c bikes which is actually a superbike for the Indian conditions. Its the same case for having apple products although my choice is a good touring bike with a middleweight engine. If BMW can make it, I would love to buy it.
our current Indian Licensing system is basically Worthless, and extremely reluctant of riders experience. Any one with any level of experience can buy vehicles with any level of power. It should learn from EU lisencing system. moreover there is a tendency among the older licence holders to ignore the traffic rules. Any Traffic violation should come with a retest penalty and not the stupid fines.
The incompetence and stupidity of these apparent "youth" is the main reason for their deaths, don't blame it on the bike. If someone thinks they can ride at high speeds on public roads it is their stupidity that will kill them. Big bikes like this are neither required nor suitable for the Indian roads and anyone who buys such bikes should have enough sense to wear appropriate safety gear and ride at sensible speeds.
Me watching this video with having 10 rs in my bank account 🗿

the cinematography on this one was on another level. Great presentation, and amazing riding footage! Amazing Review overall!
Glad you enjoyed it

I'm not that well prepared to ride such a bike like this, but all I can say it is a dropdead gorgeous bike BMW has on sale.
Quite reasonable!!!😅
Yes IT IS !!!

Exactly we do buy such expensive things just to make ourselves feel good even though we dont have places to ride it to its full extent
Gotta appreciate the realness of the review, putting the context of our roads, traffic and temperatures.
Now that I've found this playlist Im gonna try to watch it all

Rishaad, as always, super review of a super bike. You are Neevesy in our part of the world. All the best baba 🍻

Triumph absolutely nailed the segment with trident 660. Honda has its CBR as well.
RSV4 1100 factory still rules the heart for me though.(personal choice)

Good spot. The rotors are Brembo, but the callipers and master cylinder are both by Nissin.
