@@f.f.4022 Different parts of Maluku follow different weather patterns, plus recently it became quite unreliable, anything can happen. Normally, there aren’t big typhoons like in the Philippines for example, so the weather can’t be too bad. Even if it rains, it is usually for a short time. Still, statistically, the summer months (May-August) supposed to be the best for North Maluku for example.
The drone footage looks unreal!! Do you find it difficult to get to the Maluku from Bali? Im planning to go there and I think I could travel to Maluku as well
There aren't any direct flights from Bali, I think the best option is to fly through Makassar (from Makassar, there are daily flights to Ternate and also Ambon). Keep in mind that Maluku's tourism infrastructure is minimal, it is very far from how things go in Bali (not many people speak English for example), but if you go with the right expectations, Maluku is a wonderful region to explore.
I have checked all your videos, and I can say you definitely have found paradise. Thank you for sharing your experiences on all these remote islands and for providing useful information. You have been to so many places. If you had to choose one island that is not too expensive, where I can relax, enjoy nature, and go snorkeling for three weeks, which one would you choose? Thank you!
@@Vizubcn Hi! Thank you for your kind words, I’m happy you enjoy my videos! For a 3 week trip, if you want to take it slow, I’d recommend Halmahera island. Once you are in the region, going around is easy, and it isn’t expensive if you don’t rush to see everything. Halmahera itself is gorgeous, there are volcanoes, lakes, jungle, waterfalls, and lots of islands nearby, so you can make awesome day trips. (Even going to Morotai island takes just a few hours and there are amazing sights there, too (world war history, even underwater, jungle, waterfall, off-shore islands). Plus your entry point is Ternate, the regional capital which is interesting, too. South Maluku is mostly about beaches (lots of flat, paradise islands). Central Maluku is great, too (Ambon, Saparua, Seram, the Banda islands, etc), but the distances are bigger than in North Maluku, so for 3 weeks, it wouldn’t be as relaxing.
@@Vizubcn Thank you, I am happy you enjoy my videos! I will keep making them, but I am super busy with work at the moment. But the new video will come out soon!
Thanks for sharing. What do you reckon is a good time to travel to Maluku ?

That’s also true for South Maluku (summer months are statistically the best).
Hey thanks for making these videos I really grateful for your opinion on these of the beaten track locations 🙏🏿
Thank you, I'm glad you like them!
