What did you end up translating this line to:
知らん顔のあなた とまどいのひとコマ
I'm trying to go through the lyrics and translate them. Some sites are translating it to "Your face is struck with bewilderment", but 知らん顔 means "feigned/pretend ignorance" in the Jisho.
Also, doesn't 真夜中の人ごみに mean "In the midnight crowd"? Your translation makes some of the following lines lose some of the context--but I'm guessing you did this to help with the meter. For example:
肩にぶつかる人外 ウインクを投げる
- Here they're bumping into the shoulder of a stranger, which can happen in the midnight air, I guess, but makes more sense in the midnight crowd. And 知らん顔のあなた seems to be talking about a specific stranger, which again makes more sense in a crowd. There's also no reference to a feeling.
Edit: I just checked another video and can confirm that you lost the nuance of the translation. Nice singing though.
