Me, plus, I was looking through some play throughs to see how Kazuya might get handled in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate before we see in Kazuya's Presentation on June 28th.
I gotta tell y'all, Lee is a pain in the ass in this game, especially when you fight him as Kazuya(one of my favourite characters). I recently played this game on ps2(Tekken 5 has Tekken1, Tekken 2 and Tekken 3 modes). I just used my developed strategy against him - retreat far enough and wait till he runs to you, and then just kick him off till his hp bar empties. Because if you just go brawling with him, he'll simply out-brawl you. Trust me))) Beating this guy in Tekken 1 takes strategy, discipline, patience, timing and precision. By the way, he gets up much faster than anyone else after you knock him to the ground and then he'll tries to attack you while getting up. So you won't be able to catch him with a kick while he is getting up and unable to block your attack(otherwise you could kick him every time he tries to get up, that works nicely with other fighters in Tekken 1, btw).
I don't get the lore behind these Tekken games it's too confusing..... a fully grown Kazuya beats Heihachi and drops him off a cliff at the end of the first Tekken game, and yet in Tekken 7's storyline (mishima saga) we have Heihachi dropping a child Kazuya off the cliff then this child Kazuya somehow survives and grows up to take on Heihachi again????
Here's a summary. - Kaz was thrown off a cliff by Heihachi as a kid because Kaz wanted revenge for him mom. Kaz lived - Tekken 1: Kaz wanted revenge on Heihachi for throwing him off a child, he won the tournament and threw Heihachi off - Tekken 2: Tekken 1 in reverse, Heihachi survived the fall and beat Devil Kaz and threw him into a volcano - Tekken 3: Dead - Tekken 4: 20 years later Kaz was found by G Corp and brought back to life and yet again wanted revenge on Hei but also wanted to kill Jin as well in order to regain the full Devil Gene. He failed in a team up with Heihachi and was defeated by Jin. - Tekken 5: He betrays Heihachi after they're hunted by Jack-4's and is later betrayed by G Corp and wants revenge on them now - Tekken 6: Kazuya gets revenge on G Corp and kills them all and now runs G Corp solo and is the only hope for taking out Jin and the Mishima Zaibatsu. He also learned about Azazel and wants to take obtain it's power as well - Tekken 7: Kaz puts a hit out on Heihachi and he's still trying to kill him decades later, the hit didn't work so they fought again and Kaz won. Now Kaz is enemy No.1 to the world and everything is in chaos and Jin is the only one who can stop him now All in all everything is really just about revenge for being thrown off a cliff three times and wanting to rule the world wit Kaz and Heihachi
Because the budget is so limited, either two or three characters share their voice actors. For example, Kazuya Mishima and Lee Chaolan are voiced by Joji Nakata, while Heihachi Mishima, Jack, and Ganryu are voiced by Banjo Ginga.
