I can't remember you reacting to this one Jeff, but boy do I love this song! I love how Amy starts off all deep and low, in fact it reminds me of her very low notes in Hello to some degree. But then I love how the rest of the song is opposite, with some really high notes and faster paced energy! I do agree the song is about feeling lost and needing direction, it is relatable to us all at some point. Thanks for reacting to this one Jeff 👊

From Amy's layered vocals to that fire drumbeat, this song is a beautiful mixture of musical textures that create a tapestry of sound that is immersive and interesting. The dynamics involved remind me of Lose Control....I just love it. Great reaction. The live video version from Zepp Tokyo 2007 is my favorite...you should really check it out. 🤘

I’m glad you’re into the older albums now! I’ve been holding off watching so many of your Evanescence videos because they were newer songs that I’ve never listened to and I’m waiting to do a full catch-up of their music on my own before hopefully seeing the Worlds Collide tour! Also, did you hear about Within Temptation doing a song with Asking Alexandria? Something to put on your list for the future!
