I just bought a small mango tree (seemingly at least 1 year old) and it has 1 long stem. How can I turn it into having 2 stems with space in the middle. Worried that if I cut down on the main stem that the tree could possibly die. It’s a grafted tree.
Why my mango tree ( 18 months old and ) shed all leaves in mansoons after leaves turning black and then it start dying ? Please help as this has happened 3rd time ( in pot)
If you keep on pruning, your mango tree than your tree will never produce more fruits. I don't think it is good to prune your mango tree. Don't follow whatever you see on the video.

It maybe a bit late. Depending upon usually when your flowers come, you shud do pruning 3 months before that.

Root rot! Make sure excess water is not staying in the pot.
