Your tutorials are awesome. You get very much into detail where people can understand the steps. I can't understand why your videos even have a thumbs down. You do beautiful work!!!!
This is gorgeous!!! I love the little glitter stars!!!!! ♥️♥️👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Oh my gosh, Nicole! I've been researching and watching how-to videos for months. MONTHS! I finally did my first two cups over the weekend and found out I wasn't as good as I thought I was going to be. Not too bad for my very first one but you can tell I need more practice. Oh how I wish I had found you and your videos before I did my first cup. Your tutorial is the first one that actually taught me how to do a cup through the whole process. Great tips, great video! Thank you so very much! I can't wait to try my next cup and see how much better it's going to be becasue of you!
Please make more videos!! Muah!
Thank you so much!
I just made this cup and it's beautiful ❤️ thank you
Yay! 😁 You’re welcome!!
Gosh I love this cup! It’s so pretty lol you never know how many hours and commitment comes into making such a pretty cup until you watch the videos!
Girl, I just love how thorough, yet easy to understand your videos are. Wish I knew about you earlier 💟
I don’t ever comment on RUclips videos, but this is BEAUTIFUL!
Thank you for taking the time to show us this beautiful tutorial 🥰 I can't wait to try one of these cups!!!
By far the best editing and demoing your work. Thank you for the how to's!
OMG this is the most beautiful cup I've seen! Now I gotta make one! Thanks so much for the tutorial!!!!
Best tutorial I've seen!! I really appreciate the info on sanding and how to do all that prep work!!
I love your videos! You explain things so well! Can’t wait to start making cups! 😄
WOW-you are amazing. This tumbler is stunning!
So beautiful! Thank you for taking time out of your day to do amazing tutorials
wordmark.it is awesome to see what it will look like! lifesaver!!
Thank you so much for this series!!! I've watched others and the glitter and epoxy were just dumped on and there seemed to be sooo much waste. Your cup turned out great too! Love the colors.
That is one of the most beautiful things ive ever seen
Absolutely gorgeous!! I want one now!
That is the most beautiful cup!!!
Great tutorial! Easy to follow. I am so excited to try this.
OMG!!! I want one so bad this is beautiful!!! Great job😍
I'm soo in L♡VE with this cup 😍
Thanks for this Awesome tutorial!!
I can't wait to wrap this up with my amethyst inspired bottle using your method.
Finallyyyyyy a fantastic tutorial for this technique, so into detail, I love that I just changed to FR and great to know about how to wait till is warm and all that stuff you mentioned.. thank u so much..
Can you please tell me the font name you used I went back like 5 times and didnt get it lol .. TIA
Omg so much work and so many hours for one cup. How do you determine the pricing, and how do you do multiple orders? This cup is absolutely stunning.
Love your stuff moving to spring in the near future would love to meet you in person sometime!
This tutorial is excellent I want to try this your work leaves out nothing and thanks so much for this posting
Oh my gosh. This is so gorgeous. I'm just getting started in doing this tumbler stuff! I have my cup turner...but wondering... do you recommend this FX Countertop Epoxy over any other brand. I've only watched videos. Haven't actually made a tumbler yet. But I see you doing a couple of things I haven't heard about before. No one has ever mentioned the epoxy getting warm. And I've never seen a heat gun or torch used in the process. Your tumbler has turned out so, so pretty. I'm going to look into your pigments of course. And will watch other videos you have. Thanks so much for making these videos!
Awesome 🎉
This turned out beautiful!
Awesome tutorial, very informative.😍
Beautiful 💜
Nicole, do you try to achieve a perfect or close to "line of light"?
Being a nail tech, this is what I try to achieve when I'm applying top coat. Sometimes I might have to add just a little dollop of top coat before curing to get that perfect line of light.
Thanks Nicole!!
Hello...I am mesmerized by your work. It is gorgeous! one question....what kind of transfer tape is that? it seems like it's not too sticky that it doesn't want to release the vinyl and it's nice and clear. Thanks so much for sharing your art. And I truly look forward to future tutorials. Thanks.
Donna
Oh I love this so much 🥰
I just made one. Thank you
Stunning...
Great tutorial! You can also feed your cutting mat the other way around so it will last longer
I really enjoyed this tutorial
Awesome and thanks for sharing now if we can talk you into a video on the brown tumbler that's at the end of video as that one is beautiful too :D
that's gorgeous!
Love your milky way technique...your cup is so beautiful !! Do you have a tutorial for the cup at the end of this video? It is beautiful as well.
No Tutorial for the cup at the end :( I ask for one too !!!! She does amazing work and would love to see her make that one as well !!!
LOVE this!!! Now on my to do list!!!!
This is very pretty.
Love love absolutely adore your videos! You are very clear, easy to understand, and just plain fun to watch. Question though which I can't seem to find anywhere is are the tumblr's dishwasher safe? Do they require a different type of epoxy etc to make them dishwasher safe?
I’ve seen people say they are and others say no it all depends on the type of epoxy for example if one epoxy says it can stand the heat up to 200 degrees and if your dish washer heat is less then it could survive but I just recommend you hand wash
Is that a heat gun or a torch?? I needit. I loved this process
Thanks so much Nicole for your informative videos!! Love this one. Wondering if you know how to make the tumbler that you feature at the end of your video??
I loved it, I want one!🙌🏻
I love this cup! It's beautiful!! I noticed that it was rocking back and forth when you set it down, Do you do anything about that? Like even out the bottom so it doesn't rock before you add the last layer?
Always Always sand between your coats. If it rocks, flip it on its head and sand it flat :)
Where did you get this gold vinyl? I am having THE HARDEST time finding a good gold. Ordered 3 different kinds and they all have a brown/greenish color. I want a light gold metallic color, exactly like this is what I had in mind
Great Video, the font you used is it specific to the silhouette or was it a downloaded font? May I please know the font name. Thank you
Anna Gonzalez I am here searching for the font name as well!!
Any luck on the name of the font? Lol
This is so pretty 😍
Hey Nicole! Thanks for another amazing video. Where did you get the chrome vinyl you used? I've been looking for chrome and can't seem to find it.
Thank you! I will have my own line out soon!
this is beyond beautiful!!! do you have a website where we can purchase pigment or mica? i make tumblers but haven't ventured into that area yet.
Love this cup and wanting to try it myself soon. Where do you get your glitters? They are soooo pretty❤️
Wowwwwwww.....prachtig......😍😍😍😍😍
Wow gods jon
Hi Nicole. First off, I think you do beautiful work and I love your website! I'm pretty local to you and its nice watching tutorials from a fellow Texas girl. I have a quick question....I did this technique on a glitter cup that was just way too loud, and my epoxy didn't even out at all so I'm left with a lumpy cup that I'll have to sand the crap out of. I've done marbles and had them come out smoothe. Any ideas on why this might've happened?
Do you have an Etsy store ? I would love to purchase one 😘
Hi Nicole! I did my first Milky Way and I’m loving how it came out! Thank you for your detailed tutorials!
I have a silly question: How long do we wait before it’s safe to drink from the tumblers? I tried to google it but I cannot find the answer.
72 hours. Give it a good wash and dry and you're good to go.
Can you use fine glitter as to chunky glitter?
What brand is your cutter? And model unit?
Hi Nicole, I love love love that gold foil vinyl you used in this cup, can you share which brand it is and where you got it? Thanks!
I sell it in my store: www.nmoshop.com You can find it in the 'For the Studio' section. :)
I wish I could do this - I'm afraid to try as I have asthma and issues with my lungs! I absolutley LOVE this mug! How can I get one?
I have severe asthma too, but I use Art Resin instead of epoxy because it's VOC and BPA free. There aren't hardly any fumes. I have no problems using this, but it is twice the price vs epoxy. Worth it for my safety and that of my family.
What gold did you use the for name? I love how shiny it is!
I sell it in my store: www.nmoshop.com
You can find it in the 'For the Studio' section. :)
LOVE THIS SO MUCH 💖💖💖
Hi ! You are so talented , your work is beautiful! I would like to buy a tumbler from you, are you on Etsy? Couldn’t find you. I looked on your webs too, no tumblers! Please advice. Thanks, much 💕
I don't currently take orders for custom tumblers. Any tumblers I create in my tutorials and such that are not already intended for someone are listed on my site in the 'For the Soul' section. :)
What white pigment did you use? Also, is there a difference between the pigments you use / sell on your website and mica? Thanks.
Hi, was it you who made that cup for Dr. Dray?
Did that last epoxy later have fine silver glitter?
What did you use to sign the bottom? I love that idea, such a beautiful cup!
Thank you! Just a regular Paint pen
Do you not put another coat of epoxy to seal the swirls?
Hello, new subscriber here. What cameo machine are you using? Tfs
Can you achieve this look with acrylic paints
I love it 🥰 how can y bye one from you 🤗🥰
Are you using a cameo to print your vinyl
Do you sell these? It’s beautiful!
What type of marker did you used for your signature on the bottom of the cup?
The cup looks amazing! What transfer tape do you use? And what brand of vinal are you using?
Thanks! I use Siser brand
@@NICOLEMARETT For both the transfer tape and vinal,
How long in between each steps did you let your epoxy cure
What kind of marker do u use to sign your cup
You can use a fine or an extra fine tip paint pen to sign your cups. :)
If i dont put a decal on, does it need another coat of epoxy or resin?
You will know you're finished adding coats when the surface of the cup is nice and smooth. :)
Do you have a list of your favorite fonts?
I'm kind of a font junkie, so I don't have a list at all. Just a massive collection from all my trips down the rabbit hole. LOL
Hi Nicole, do you still have your private group? Trying to join
Did you sign the bottom?
I sure did! :)
@@NICOLEMARETT What did you use to sign it with?
@@tinapass1 did you fine out what pen?
How many ml of epoxy total do you use for the mica and coat before apply the micas In step 2 ?
About 10ml :)
I like this technique, but my epoxy runs and my tumbler was a failed 😂 any suggestions?
Take a look at Part One of this tutorial. I go over allowing your epoxy to warm/thicken up so it is less runny. :) Trying a different brand of epoxy may work well for you as well. :)
I want this how can I order
Do you sell them it wont let me on your etsy
What vinyl did you use for the name?
I use a metallic gold vinyl from Amazon
Is there a brand name for it?
What kind of white dye do you use?
This one was acrylic, however, I have Dream Catcher available now. The official Milky Way white!
Ho do you have an etsy shop??
Where a mask when sanding cured epoxy it’s not good to breathe that in 🙂
A "guideline" in graphic design is to have diagonal text go from bottom to top, not from top to bottom as it has negative associations this way.
Also, you should never stretch your type out of proportion. There's a lot of thought put into font design, the proportions, thicknesses etc and you're messing with that.
Obviously there are always exceptions in all types of creative work! Following some general design tips can really polish your work though.
Ramo yessss I cringed when she stretched the type
what Vinyl do you use on the cup
