by the way I don't know if this has been changed but shaped recipes don't have t be in the same location as created. so in other words you could put the apple on the bottom left side and then the wither rose just on the block to the right of it and it will still be able to be crafter. Try it with shears and you'll see what I mean.

You can make a texture pack and add name dependant textures, there are a few tutorials online showing how to make name dependent textures

dunno if you need help with this still but to delete the items you need to go in your server files plugins>Custom Items>Items then delete the Item.yml file (item being the item id you gave for it)
