Bloody great 👍 those freights in the 70s moved at a great pace. I remember watching vicrail freight passing through the Geelong line in the same era and they seemed to be flat out 3 t classes hauling a long wheat and then a B class double headed with an S going back towards Melbourne with a heap of ford wagons ahhh the memories
I remember a video conversion shop near the corner of Monash Road and Victoria Rd near Gladesville some years back? Those were the days, when new cars and new farm machinery was hauled by train, only memories now. Great video, much enjoyed, especially the clip of the 45 class leading!😉
