I don't use Bell or Rogers, that would be stupid.

Thank God I live in Nova Scotia. We have Eastlink here. They're not perfect, but they're way WAY better than Rogers and Bell. (To be fair, so is breaking your femur.)

TheGr8stManEvr We have nice companies like start.ca over here that are saving us too. Unlimited plans, outstanding service, and amazing peering. A breath of fresh air compared to the incumbents.

Wow, who was that one actor, next to Rick Mercer? What a talent, that guy is the next Brad Pitt if I've ever seen one

Would love to see the big 3 get replaced by some smaller ISP's, they aren't as bad as some of the ones in the US but
    they are still terrible.

So, I pay $300 a year for 200mBps and no data caps, like real no Data caps. Oh wait, I'm in China. But hey, I can't connect to google or youtube... Hold on... ;)

Bell runs both cable AND internet through one receiver so overload happens more than once. That alone should be enough to avoid them and if you have a Bell account and the receiver gose down it's not a quick fix. You'll be on the phone for a few hours as the Muslim on the other end gose down his check list before deciding that the signal strength is to dam weak which is why I'm glad we're back on Rogers.

Still here, hmm okay I'll bite what 'false stereotypes' are you talking about? That Bell keeps it signal strength at the lowest levels so when weekends (long or normal) come along and more & more people pile on watching tv or whatever in an area it gets over loaded? Cause every long weekend the tv would just shut down

What the part about then running down a check list, that's what they do though. Those 24/7 helplines don't have all the answers like they pretend they do. They listen to your problem type in a few keywords and boom one solution comes up. If it didn't work then the next window pops up and so on and so on
