Let’s hope not, there’s already discussions on how they will recoup the lost revenue from road tax as we move to EV. Pay per mile road tax may be the way it goes, plus they could demand compulsory tracking of vehicle movement.
I still believe things will change, and perhaps slow down when they realise how uneconomical lithium mining and how some methods of generating enough electricity to use for these cars actually counteracts this all.
Hey Renneleven, some good points, most manufacturers are also developing hydrogen fuel cells and as you’ll know, Porsche are looking at synthetic fuels etc. time will tell ✌🏼
they will force every one to ev buy rising fuel cost and road tax and then put a large tax on ev's
