COOKING FISH in our SEMI TRUCK | living in a semi

Everyone thinks by cooking fish in your semi the smell will stick around and stink!!!! But if you turn the vents to the proper settings while cooking, clean up like you would at home, and just drive your truck down the road you wont smell a thing!!!! semi trucks are not air tight so the smell goes right out!!!

Use parchment paper. I saw the costco demo cookie using on an electric griddle. Works great
