Good job man.. Is it possible to teach anothers dogs breeds (Rottweilers, german shepherd, malinois, labrador, etc) herding commands like: away and come bye?

No they aren’t gathering breed maybe with a lot of training but they would much rather just chase them

Yes! Any dog can learn such commands for something like treibball, but when it comes to actual herding, there are other working breeds that may have natural herding instincts. I doubt retrievers would be much good, but German Shepherds, Rottweilers, beaucerons, corgis and several other breeds can also herd. Some dogs may have stronger natural instinct than others, and they work differently than border collies (more loose-eyed and/or originally used for driving) but can easily be taught to gather as they instinctually understand pressure and balance with handler and stock. I worked my Rottweiler on sheep and goats and she out-performed many border collies in her class.
