The one arm pull-up is underrated, once you get it for 1 rep it is basically just a show of strength, but if you can rep it 2-3 times you can actually start effectively training it, witch will give you a small but significant boom in your pulling strength because your pulling strength is already basically maxed out for your weight if you can do a one arm.

I have these technogym machines where I’m at in China, too. Some are ok and some don’t make sense at all they put your body in weird form and will likely cause a lot of problems. Seeing you do those 36’s ok the incline bench is motivating. ❤

Is it okay to stop mid set (around 5-7 reps already on the second set) and continue by adding 1 by 1 until I finish the set or should I reduce the weight?
It’s the effort not the # of reps beyond 5 reps that matter. So you’re fine, use it as an opportunity to progressive overload and eventually work up to however many reps you’re trying to get to before increasing weight

Unless I start using a larger active rom (such as when I first started doing pendulum squats), try to go for rep PRs or increase exercise volume - no I do not get that sore

My goal for the year is to bang out my first one arm pull-up. After my shoulder surgery I wanted to do muscle ups and felt great to hit that goal.
