Julie Newmar to me is one of the most beautiful women in the world. There is no other cat woman as far as I'm concerned. That being said she is also one of the most beautiful souls I've ever seen. Her light and life radiates through her. When I discovered that we had something in common, our sons with Down's syndrome and etc., I felt a connection. Julie Newmar's catwomen costume is now on display at the museum of American history in Washington D.C.. I saw it when I visited the museum and it's very tall and slim.

I recently purchased the complete Batman television series and movie from the 60's and I am absolutely impressed with the tongue in cheek dialogue. It's over the kids heads but gives the adults a knowing chuckle. Julie Newmar blazed the trail for others to follow and follow they do. I highly recommend it for a rewatch during this pandemic.

They were all great. I remember watching the original telecasts in the 1960's and later in the very early 1970's I worked in TV and I had the job of sequencing the Batman episodes for the reruns. Of course then the episodes were on film. All the Batman stars were fantastic actors.

I really liked Lee Merriweather in this. I don't remember how she was as Catwoman in Batman, but I really liked her personality in this. I didn't care as much for Julie Newmar. She's probably a nice woman, but I thought she came off as a bit cocky here. But of course, I don't know her.
