  • 10 Most Dangerous Cities in Canada 2024.
    Canada, nicknamed The Great White North, is a major tourist destination for many people, especially Americans. It’s convenient, full of great activities, charming towns, polite people, and an endless number of lakes and mountains.
    With a population of 40.10 million people, our Canadian friends produce 80% of the world’s maple syrup and hockey is their national sport. While Canada is considered one of the safest countries in the world overall (ranked the 4th safest by US News), it’s not without some areas where crime rates are high. The most dangerous places are not the big cities you may think of either.
    We’ve complied with data from various sites like Numero, US News and World Report, and Statistica to bring you a list of the top 10 most dangerous cities in Canada.
    Kindly make sure to hit the subscribe button and press the bell icon before we start this video about the 10 most dangerous cities in Canada in 2024.

    Canada should build new modern cities in open spaces/in infertile areas instead of creating modern slums/ adding new housing to bigger cities. They are destroying good farm land areas close to bigger cities at current and making hard for people to travel around on time.

    This list is completely misleading. You should be looking at the violent crime index, not overall crime, to determine what cities are the most dangerous. If I had to guess Edmonton, AB and Saskatoon, SK would be on there.

      I agree with you, a lot of commenters are saying the same thing. The AI voice gives it away, someone who’s never been to Canada and lives far away. They do minimal research and create lies for click bait. Lazy, brainless good for nothings that just want to make easy money producing junk RUclips channels. Hamilton ON, Montreal PQ, Halifax NS, Toronto ON Jane/ Finch. But these cities have had rough areas for many years. The key factor is they’re all port of entry by marine cities which have always been centres for organized crime, drug smuggling, stolen vehicle smuggling, and sex trafficking.
      JUST LIKE ANY OTHER PORT CITY IN THE WORLD!

    • @charlesb7831
      @charlesb7831 7 дней назад

      @lighthouse3731 I've had 8 bikes stolen, stabbed 1 and mugged 3 times. My son just 2 years ago, a guy walked off the sidewalk when he was riding his bike , walked in front of him, grabbed his front brake, told him to get off the bike or he'll stab him. That was on Scotia st. I've lived here all my life. I have 2 friends that are Police officers and belive me, you clearly don't know what's going on in the city. The news absolutely doesn't report everything that goes on. My wife now is a manager at a grocery store, evey day people walking out of the store with carts full of items, when there approached they threatened violence or flat out beat the shit outa security. Couple months ago in her store security was asking 5 kids to leave because they were steeling, 4 of them beat the shit outa him while the 5th recorded it. My son gets threatened all the time on the bus, it's a joke. If you never leve the house or venture out around the city, your not experiencing anything. Sorry but Winnipeg is not what it once was by any stretch of the imagination. Not as bad as some cities, but still bad on its own. Hence why it's been the murder capital of Canada several times.

    I think Winnipeg is closer to number one for dangerous cities in Canada. It’s run down areas are a lot larger than most Canadian cities run down areas. He also said that you will never run out of things to do in Winnipeg. He is completely wrong. I live in Winnipeg and let me tell you. I’m simply dying of boredom. It is an extremely monotonous lifestyle to live in Winnipeg because of the lack of high key attractions and it’s severe isolation from other major cities. I’m surprised Saskatoon, Regina, and Thompson are not on the list because I know those cities have a higher crime rate with Thompson being the worst in Canada. I doubt that Surrey, Kelowna or Brampton has that much crime. He didn’t even explain what kind of crime happens in Brampton. Also Brampton does not have over 800,000 residents. It’s around 700,000.

    I live in Lethbridge. It has way too much violent crime. There are more gangs setting up, and because of our proximity to the border and rural areas, drug trade and manufacturing is rising fast. You should expect to have your vehicle and house broken into. It's not a safe city. I plan on moving this year.

      @makealbertaamerican4889 I plan on leaving Canada permanently, just like 11% of Canadians are planning this year. Not going to the US, it's worse then here. Your screen name pretty much says everything about you and it's nothing good.
