  • @jw3638
    @jw3638 4 месяца назад +38

    WVA and MVDP are still not human. Going from down 30 spots and into the race lead in 4 laps was crazy to watch. Also MVDP riding CX part-time and getting himself into the top 10 overall in points because he won every race he entered this season prior to this race. Then seeing WVA ride on the seatpost to a win and only because he tried to not hop over for the 1st time all race. Also, it seems like WVA rode out of Zone 2 for the first time all CX season, getting ready for his classics season. Both MVDP and WVA's acceleration in the sprint climb were a different level to everyone in the race. The field needs the handicap of those 2 starting 30 places down.
    Hope the women's CX will become similar to the MVDP & WVA rivalry. Fem and Puck were entertaining.
    Del Toro is so fun to watch.
    The Bora train. Van Poppel is such a great lead out.

    Been waiting all year for Wout to win a cyclocross race, MVDP has been on another level. I was watching live and just let myself relax as he attacked and gapped Vanthourenhout and dismounted for the barriers the last time, I thought wise, safe choice and then........ crashes trying to remount!!!! I was beside myself..... broke his saddle of in the process. Sometimes it ain't easy being a WVA fan!!!

    If you are a female teenager, train like a pro and manage your weight like a pro, there is a 100% chance you become one. If you didnt totally lose the genetic lottery. Incredible how they get so much exposure with so little interest. This is an artificial push by the industry to get women to buy bikes. I am really curious how long that will last for and if it will be successful, good for them. Don't get me wrong, I am happy for all these hard working athletes, most athletes deserve more payback. They should ride the wave as long as they can.
