I love hunting with dogs.
Nothing like hearing the dogs running. Its a beautiful sound.

Enjoy watching y’all puts me in a good mood
Thanks for the feedback and support. Really appreciate it
I'm trying to keep up with videos and learning about Eastonmade models, been talking with Gerry and I',m very interested in a Demo model I'm in North East Texas
8:27 Interesting. You can see the hydraulic fluid level in the sight glass go up and down.
You two are so funny!!! Great demo unit!!
Thanks for all the support john. Really appreciate it
I'm sure it will go pretty quick Andrew! Some great engineering on it. Cheers and best of luck!
Thanks for all the feedback and support gord. Means the world to us
Thanks to Gerry for taking the call. Never looked forward to mid July before lol. Watching the Axis vids will be a reality in CT soon enough 👍🏼
You're gonna love it matt. Really appreciate the feedback and support
I so look forward to your videos
Thanks for the feedback and support. Really appreciate it
When you sell a good product and behind it and with your videos if you mess up you're not scared to admit that messed up that is what makes a good company and as soon as I have the money I can guarantee you I will be buying one
Thanks for all the feedback and support Edward. Really appreciate it. Let us know when you're ready
“Can we sell the firewood” spoken like a long time married man! Too damn funny! That machine wont last long I can tell you that!
Lol gerry is a lot of fun. Thanks for all the feedback and support
Great demo!
Thanks dave. I really appreciate all the feedback and support. Means the world to us
Great video! Looks like a great machine! Good luck on the deer hunt.
Thanks for all the feedback and support dave. We normally have a pretty good week at it
Really enjoy the the videos!

That splitter sure eats up the wood fast. Great machine.
Thanks Richard. Really appreciate the feedback and support
Been looking forward to this video. Just what I would like to have.
Thanks for the feedback and support steve. Really appreciate it
I will buy consider it sold!
I was the lucky caller! We got hammered by 143MPH winds in Iowa a month ago and my timber was destroyed. We have a lot of work to do to say the least. I am very fortunate to receive this machine next week! Imagine acres and acres of shattered oak, hickory, walnut, cherry and hackberry widow makers. Looking forward to wearing off some orange paint! Glad we are now part of the Eastonmade Family! Forever Grateful!
@@cjgoddard6795 Congratulations on getting this splitter. Looks like a great work horse.
Every video that Gerry with a G is in is always a good video! Your splitters definitely look to be more stout than the rest of the competition, maybe someday I'll add one to the fleet. Cheers from central Florida.
Thanks for all the feedback and support
Happy Hunting Andrew.
Thanks mike
I’ll give ya a ring tomorrow. I’m doing it by hand with a nice 8lbs splitting ax. I’m slowing lining up to do firewood on the side.
Sold! I'll take it Andrew!
Give gerry a ring in the morning 613-812-3213. He gets in at 8
looks real nice john
Thanks for the feedback and support john. Really appreciate it
Y’all have those awesome bucks up that area
Some of them get to be a good size for sure.
Absolutely would love to see how you all hunt and were not the ones that are putting you on the map its you guys and your great products
Thanks for all the feedback and support William
Nice machine Andrew! Someone should jump on that! We love our 9-16!
Not sure how long it will take to sell. Thanks for all the feedback and support paul. Really appreciate it
Love my 14-22 Eastern Made. Its missing the decals though and someone has painted black over the blue
That Demo 9-16 looks like new, powder coat is barely worn. Good luck deer hunting. We're going this week ourselves.
Thanks for all the support steve. Good luck with the hunt. Powder coat's the only way to go.
I can say with certainty, that where Andrew lives, deer season is our major vacation. But like Gerry, I'm getting long in the tooth, and would prefer a nice heated deer blind, preferably with a bathroom.
Lol I'm not far off that myself ken. Thanks for all the feedback and support. Really appreciate it
i realize I'm quite randomly asking but do anybody know of a good site to stream newly released movies online ?
I like your new video today you did a really good jop today do you have a wood stove buddy tomorrow my birthday
Good night too you guys buddy
Andrew..... awe bud that was a great video. Love the casual banter and a killer demo. I need one of these the speed up production for our yard. My downfall is the bottleneck at the splitter. Killin me on time.... I tend to buck logs set splitter operator up and hand split with a fiskers runnin side by side lol
Gets er done but that machine right there gets er done way more efficiently.
Wonder if y’all be down round 7g maybe my 7200
Guess I better call
Thanks again for the great video
This unit here sold for $7500. Really appreciate the feedback and support
My family firewood business is building up to an Eastonmade splitter, that is our goal, but for now, we are using two Chinese box store splitters. Perhaps when the next demo comes up the timing will be right.
Keep growing paul. In the meantime let me know if you have any questions. Really appreciate the feedback and support
Love to have one of your splitters but just cant afford them
If it ever changes let me know. Really appreciate the feedback and support
I would love to own that machine if only I could afford it lol
Maybe someday. Rome wasn't built in a day. Really appreciate all the feedback and support
I watch a channel that uses an Wolfridge, your machine seems and is probably much better. Bigger face plate, bigger 4 way splitter, bigger round lift but far. Also the hydraulic lift for the cutters is a lot different, yours is by far the better unit.
Thanks for the feedback and support. I really appreciate you taking the time out of your day.
I bet it is sold 1st thing in the morning!! Somebody will get a good deal.
See how it goes. Not sure how long it will take to sell. Thanks for all the feedback and support. Really appreciate it
Would love to have that splitter
Thanks for the feedback and support Jimmy. Really appreciate it
@@EastonmadeWoodSplitters I Will get an Easton made splitter one day.
lead time would be less if you'd get off the woodpile and back into the shop to make em. These look like must haves.
Lol this is a very valid point. Really appreciate all the feedback and support. Means the world to us
I'll wager this 9-16 will be gone before Halloween. With a lengthy wait list, this should go quick.
Not sure how long it's going to take. Thanks for all the feedback and support
will call
Give gerry a ring in the morning. He get in at 8. 613-812-3213
Where did you get that handy marking tool! I’m using a 2x2 cut to 18 and making little cut marks. Then coming back to cut them up.
Howdy Seth, looks suspiciously to me like a Snow Plow marker... I just modified one to use as a marker for our Buzz Saw. They’re nice because they are basically a piece of cable with a poly coating. Very durable and available in several colors. I recently saw some on the market with led lights in them... Not think’n that’d be suitable for this application!🤔🤣. Bless’ns to ya, Tedd
What make is the marker you are using for measuring your blocks?
Bring on the hunting videos!
Lol will do don!!!
Hey Andrew how’s it going what sices of conveyors do you guys have my hay elevator broke down I was wouldering what sices and prices
Do you have a link for that pickaroon, or whatever you call it?
How much r u looking to get for the demo unit
Thanks to GP Outdoors for the introduction !
Thanks for coming by and checking out the channel. Gord does a great job!!!
Tough paint.
It is good stuff
@@EastonmadeWoodSplitters NEW PRODUCT INVENTED right here, right now.
The machine is faster than the people. You wrestle the wood onto the lift. You wait for the lift. You wrestle the wood onto the splitter. The other way is to pick up the wood and set it on the splitter. I have an idea to eliminate the lifting and eliminate the hydraulic lift, increasing production. The workers could work longer and faster. Every time you bend over it takes energy to lift your body back to vertical plus lifting the load.
Build a box or platform or bin. Then load up the bin with a front loader. The wood will then be at the proper height for grabbing it and very close. I would call it a hopper, back-saver or table.
The floor should be sloped slightly to assist but not so much that the wood slides on its own. Three sides should have permanent walls and one side should have adjustable wall. It should have three legs so it does not twist. About 6 ft wide and six, eight or ten ft deep. Side walls one foot tall or more. Have adjustable legs for height adjustment and slope adjustment and removable. You could offer a painted version and an unpainted version.
The front would have two doorways 3ft wide. The doors would be closed with individual four inch boards one inch thick slid down from the top in a track on each side.
Rear legs could be two feet from the rear to carry more weight. An anti-tip device could be at the rear in the middle.
Transport is by loader or truck. The customer provides chains for lifting or use the three-way fork loops. Make plenty of holes for chains everywhere.
I am not aware of this item having been invented. I do not do wood. The ideas published here were my own but anyone may freely use them.
The prospects for the firewood industry are good because the price of labor will come down and the oil and electric prices will go up. Wood heat is more reliable in times of civil disturbances.
Are both demos 9-16s?
I'm a tree service in North Carolina and we are looking to really upgrade our firewood side of business. Between typical service, stump grinding, fire wood and sawmilling we try to stay busy. But I am hindered by my current splitter. Your website won't allow me to put anything in my cart so I figured I'd reach out on here.
No the next demo wont be a 9-16. We don't do the store online anymore. We still have it up so guys can see prices with different wedges.
@@EastonmadeWoodSplitters do you have any dealers on the eastern side of the US? Or how would I go about buying one?
It's probably gone by today if it isn't already lol
How long did it take to sell ?
What size is your husky
I run dogs for bunnies not deer, now if I could only get that down to the lower 48
First
Only downfall is have to buck the wood yourself.
Are there times that auto cycle auto cycle will kick off and retract ?
Yes it will kick off at around 30% power
Was curious because I seen in other videos with harder wood looks like the auto cycle was overrode so it wouldn't kick off
is it 916 with a different ram ?
No...its the same cylinder as the 12-22
Did this sell? I called last night
Yes it did
What kind of pickaroon ya using?
logrite
@@EastonmadeWoodSplitters thank you
what that cost in BC Can
yes
i need one
Can I gave you a call
Why don't the 9-16 and 5-11 have oil coolers on them?
Doesn't need them. Not enough oil flow.
Answer your phone...😆
Dammit didn't get through in time 😫
Just got back to the shop. I would imagine Gerry's phone has been busy this morning
I dont get it what mystery
We never let you know what machine it is until the end of the video. Thanks for all the feedback and support scotty. Really appreciate it
That's one way to get me to watch it again
