I know Dean Winchester is a fictional character and none of this is real, but this video does show the reality of self-hate. I know many people hate themselves because they think they're ugly or they're not popular enough, but the ones who hate themselves because they've let other people get killed because of them, like Dean and myself, those people are the ones who are their own worst nightmares because we have let down the people we love, and we will burn in Hell for that. And we do feel worthless and dead inside because we don't see anything good inside of ourselves and we don't care if we live or die because we are already dead, no matter what other people say.
A life for a life. A death for a death. Same thing.

Castiel Watson I'll tell you something. I understand what you're saying about Dean, he's been through a lot of crap, he's lost many people he loved and he feels insanely guilty for not being able to protect them. But these people didn't die because of him. That's what I want you to understand. Sometimes, people die to protect those who are important to them, they sacrifice many things even themselves for them, but that's just their choice and you can't do anything about it. John didn't even think twice about exchanging his soul for his beloved son, and Sam neither when Dean was about to die. So when someone dies in this situation, it' not because of you, it's just for you. And unfortunately, in this life it's impossible to save everyone even if you want to. Because you too are a human being, you will certainly make a lot of mistakes and there'll be times you'll ache and break and feel worthless, but please don't overthink about it. I don't know what happened to you, but I know that you're not worthless and you won't go to hell (I don't even believe in hell😂). You were given this life so go find a purpose to not have it wasted
