- We have four sets of Sisters within our 12 Female Pet Guinea Pigs - so we thought we'd do a FOUR PART series showing you each pair of Sisters.
Our FOURTH pair is Stardust and Xenocrates. I go through lots of details about each of the Guinea Pigs and you'll see lots of lovely closeups !

4:22 Awwwwwww!!!! Xenocrates is so cute!!! I Love how she is just snoozing in the sun❤😴☀
We did this one after the Luna + Xenocrates one - and the sun was direct to us, so Xenocrates was very comfortable just chilling out and also Stardust was pretty chilled out as well. They are both almost 4 years old, they are too old to bother with arguments !

What beautiful chilled young lady's they are ❤ many who watch your videos have either kept or keeping guinea-pigs but what about a video for those who want guinea-pigs basic equipment needed how to choose healthy baby's & do 's & don'ts of having guinea-pigs sure it would be helpful to many ❤
They were indeed very chilled out here, I think relaxing in the sunshine was their best bit !

We always want more ideas on what videos people want to see, or think others would want to see. We're very flexible and keen to keep this Channel inclusive for all, as you said many of our watchers have Guinea Pigs or have had Guinea Pigs, we also want to help those that are 'thinking' of having Guinea Pigs - they might not actually get them, but we ALL want them to be aware of what is involved.

She certainly is. Same Dad as Stardust, and same Mum as Luna.
2019/2020/2021/early 2022 : these were the busier years of when we bred. So the females would maybe have three litters, which meant you could switch pairs around. Which means that we do/did have all sorts of family links between the Guinea Pigs.
Obviously, in the last 2 years we've done minimal breeding, so these cross family links are less likely to be there.
If we (fingers crossed) have a Moondust daughter and a Democritus daughter : then they will be the next pair of (half) sisters.

Do any of these guinea pigs have a special bond with you? I had one that always licked my hand and arm when I was petting her, and when I took her back to her pen she would rest her front paws on my hand, completely trusting that she wouldn't fall. ❤

Uhm... Do you know why my guinea pigs have been acting weirdly the last few days? What keeps happening is this: Oreo will go into a hidey, Chocolate will come over to the hidey, and will try to get into the hidey by pushing and squeaking at Oreo. Is this normal? Should i get more hideys? Is it just dominance? Please let me know if you might know what i should do! Thanks!🐹
Yes, get more than one - gives them more options and sometimes they like to be on their own, also we have at least two water bottles in each of the cages, and we have two food bowls on cages of 3+ Guinea Pigs. That's how we do it. Hope that helps you.
