Excellent video, Martin. Very timely as I'm due a new pair of boots. I've always ordered the next size up from my normal shoe size when buying boots - I figure that the thicker socks one wears when hiking would warrant a higher size. Any thoughts in that regard as far as these boots are concerned?
Hey John.. appreciate the comment. 🙌 So I have a wide foot. Size 9 and these are size 9. Plenty of room. On the website they say they are a narrow fit. I really don't think so. They fit me very well. Check if they do half sizes. Maybe look at that option. Sorry I couldn't be more help. 🙂 Cracking boot thou. So far so good for me.

Hey, the Alaska boots are higher on the heel. The leather reaches higher. Besides that they are the same. Same vibram, same build. They are both a solid boot. Really loving them.
@@soletrail it seems that the Ancach are all-rounder all seasons, Alaska is more winter ? Am I right? What do you think of the Alaska boots in summer ? Could be used or that will be hell ?
