Another issue people might face is lite windows do not have several essential drivers preinstalled, which makes ADB set up a nightmare. Best to use a default win 10 or 11 which are ready to go for flashing.

Did you try the latest mi flash tool ? I'm talking about the experience I have with the pixel based custom roms for xiaomi phones, it is a whole different operating system and it'll be different from normal ui, it's more like the one you find on pixel devices. For Xiaomi phones there are some custom roms with a similar ui like miui but with some additional features like no bloatware or a different kernel for better battery performance. For samsung phones, if you are flashing a pixel based custom rom, you will not see knox, samsung pass or good lock. If there's a custom rom based on one ui (I am not sure if there's any), then you might be able to see these features..

Xioami firmware updater is not working, i got instead XM firmware updater, using that is there any problem for installing ?

No 😊 it's only to flash the stock rom. For pixelos, custom recovery is the only option.
